Anyone know if there is an official/unofficial dock for the sensation?

I have a dock for my D1 and i love it!
Does the S4G have the same magnet activator used to auto enable driving mode and alarm clock mode, like my D1 has?
Do any of these docks activate this?
Anybody know if there's a desk cradle/dock that allows the thing to stand up vertical?
There was a nice HD2 cradle that could be swung between portrait and landscape. I hope something similar is made for the Sensation.

Dont have my sensation but here it is. Looks very good and works fine no problems. That LED is very bright.

Is there an official htc one available yet? I saw on an htc help page where it says "if you purchased the htc dock then...." But don't see it on their accessory store yet.

There is an official htc dock, htc ref CR S940, shown at http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/htc-cr-s490-desktop-cradle-for-htc-sensation-p29991.htm for the UK

nice. these things need to come out already.
Plenty of nicer docks will be coming with time.
Once enough Sensations sell, 3rd party accessory makers will be throwing more nice docks and other things at us than we can handle.
I ordered the one off expansys but it's not released for another month and change. So I may just order a cheapie ebay one for the office or home for now to get me through lol

Does anyone know if you can get a deskstand for the sensation that allows you to have the phone standing upright rather than in landscape?
Looking for one that has integrated charging.
I know I can get one that is just like a car dock, that i just stick it down to the desk but want something a bit more classy

There doesn't seem like there is. I couldn't find any on ebay. But when I had my Sony Ericsson Xperia X1, it had the charging/usb port on the side as well. And what I did was get a case from ebay, I think the seller was in China that made a portrait one but it had a cord from the base that you would need to plug into the side everytime you dock it. Here's a pic.

Thanks for that, had something similar for my x1 when ibhad that and its the sort of thing I'm looking for for my sensation.

the charging dock is on the side (which i hate) so the vertical chargers may be hard to come by for the sensation. "may".
I have the one it came with but the volume rocker broke. I can easily get it fixed via warranty through HTC ( i had the screen replaced about a week ago just fine) but I'd like to know if theres a better made one out there that works properly with the wifi, 4g etc. Thanks!

Here's a universal car mount I just ordered it for my one x it seems like it will do the job it is also cheaper than the others and I think it will be able to hold a case such as the ballistic SF I will post pics and updates as I get it

The thing bout the evo dock is that lets say I get a diff phone I won't be able to use that dock with this one it will work from the iPhone to the note

If u look over in the one x forum some one posted they got a one x+ and had a case for there one x that fit perfect on there new one x+ so I would assume it has the same specs as the international version as far as size.

just quick friendly warning... the case will break very soon... 'cos of the slight size difference between the X and the XL... (136.36 vs. 136.8)
my gf had the C703 before and it cracked and fallen apart in merely a week...
Leaving the HTC Sensation 4G as I have upgraded and gotten a GS3, thanks everyone for the love, help and support! Was a nice run as it lasted! See you all hopefully in the GS3 section or somewhere else in the future! :laugh: If anyone wants my phone (screen cracked) let me know

Looking at making the same transition, what made you choose the s3 over waiting for the s4 or the HTC One?

I personally do not like HTC Sense, but the GS3 after reading on Android Police will have all if not most of the updates coming from the GS4, so I mean it's not really worth the few bucks I guess. The GS3 is a MAJOR upgrade from my HTC Sensation anyways so Ill be happy.
