Themed Swype - Samsung Infuse 4G

Using the simple black bar theme and now just need a black themed swype. Im coming from a captivate and used to have this. will a version specific swype be needed or can the themed swype from the captivate section be used?

I used old themed swype apk on my infuse, should work fine

What launcher is this?

I'm sure most people know, but i havent figured out which launcher this is.

I'm not interested in the minimalistic text widgets, just the bar on the bottom. Which launcher is it?
I'm thinking launcher pro. the icons are custom though.

It's Myn Warm TwoPointTwo Themed launcher Pro
All you have to do is:
1. Open up your favorite grapics editor/creator
2. Make an image 480x185
3. Make it look however you want, with text or anything, spaced out keeping the 5 icons spacing in mind
4. Use it as your dock background (with ADW Launcher or Launcher Pro), and setup blank icon image files for the icons for the shortcuts
That's how I made this: http://i.imgur.com/qdI0G.jpg

Yeah I don't run it with the bar on the bottom, it was just a screenshot I had because someone wanted to see what it looked like. The bar on the bottom looks weird and trips me out too much to use.

Correct. There are actually several GB launchers on the market. I use the one by Eugene because it is almost pure stock GB launcher. The other ones have modified app drawers and other things. The only mod I've seen in the Eugene version is the notifications icon in the options menu. It's a smiley face instead of a slightly square balloon.
There is also a Honeycomb launcher available.

(req) black google search bar

Wondering if anyone can make a black google search widget
Sent from my HTC Sensation Z710e using XDA App
I have a Metamorph that makes the Google Search widget a dark smoked (semi-transparent) color. If you're running a stock-based ROM, it ought to work just fine as long as you're rooted.
However, I'm currently using the Virtuous ROM, which had the Google Search widget APK in data/app under a different name. If you run into any problems with the attached Metamorph, you may have to move it to system/app like I did. Let me know if that's the case.
All the image assets are from stiCk.E's CM7 theme designed for the Nexus One. Ah the good old days.
EDIT: WTF my attachment didn't save? Sorry-- fixed

White Keyboard anyone?

Hi guys,
Does anyone know to change the stock keyboard to a light version? I'm using a xperia theme (CM7 theme chooser app) and love the look of the keyboard but not the rest of the theme.
Thanks,

try go keyboard with the default theme, or at least check it out in the market, and see if you like it

[Q] Cobalt Theme with Nova Launcher

Hi everyone,
I'm new to xda although have been reading along for quite some time but finally have a question that is bugging me enough that I want to ask.
I had been using the Cobalt CM9/AOKP Theme by dustinb on the Play Store for awhile and liked the tweaked icons it used for many common applications. Now, after starting to use the Nova launcher, I noticed that the theme still works for most of my phone but it does not change the icons anymore.
I saw that the Nova launcher actually has a setting that allows the icon set to be changed but nothing shows up for Cobalt there. Does anyone know if there is a way to force Nova to use the Cobalt icons or if there is a way to separate out the Cobalt icon set from the Cobalt theme and format it so that it can be selected in the Nova icon set setting dialog.
From everything I have read, there doesn't seem to be a way to easily change an individual application's icon like the .desktop file used in Linux.
I just found that the icons do change after reboot. Sorry for posting a question before trying everything. I didn't even think of rebooting since the rest of the theme worked right away and the icons used to change without reboot on CM9 and the standard Trebuchet launcher.
Thanks,
Boz
