How to flash modem? - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

hello.
I succesfully installed Simply Honey 3.5 revolution. The problem was when I booted my phone that it didn't recoqnised my SIM card. I have searched on these forums and found out that I need to flash my modem. I quote:
1) Why my SIM Card is not recognised?
- Because your modem is corrupted. Please flash a modem from the addons!

So how do I know what modem I need to flash, and how do I do it?
System info:

Build number: Simply Honey
And I live in the netherlands.
It also says sim card is puk blocked. But when I put my simcard in another phone it works just fine. It even says that when the sim aint in my phone.

4. Cannot connect to the carrier network.
5. Insert DIFFERENT Sim Card of a DIFFERENT Carrier (i.e. AT&T)
6. Mobile works again!!
7. Insert ANOTHER Sim Card of the SAME Carrier (AT&T)
8. It cannot connect to the network again.
My ROM Version: 1.34.406.1
Radio Version: 4.1.13.54_03.10.90
I hard SPL the devide, FLashed Dr. Martin's ROM (Version above) but it didn't work
Do you have a newer Radio Version or any Radio version i can flush & see ?
Any idea what to do with that problem ?
I would appreciate it if you can help me, I really love this mobile & i don't want to buy another one other than that.
Note: the mobile was doing the same thing even before flashing the new ROM
You already have the newest radio installed, but maybe a reflash or downgrade will solve the problem, or maybe it's just broken!

Sim Card after flashing not detected

Hello people,
I've got a problem:
I've bought a Newman N2. Unfortunately I've updated the stock rom - and now I've got no more detection of my Sim card.
It has Firmware Newman_N2_00.22 - IMEI is also correct.
My Sim card works in another handy correct.
I don't know what to do - I've searched already here, but it didn't help me what I found.
Could it be something with the EFS Filesystem? Can I restore it somehow whitouth flashing?
I can't install the CWM. Didn't work for me. The fastboot doesn't work for some reason
Thanks in advance for your help!
There was an info on the newman forums about you must flash the phone without sim.
What if you try it with wipe before flash, and reflash then?
Didn't read that unfortunately... What can I do now?
Try to install the 00.20 FW, but wipe data, and wipe cache before it. And ofc without the SIM.
After it you can isntall the 00.22 FW. It is the latest.
00.20 http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=188071&uk=1143976775
00.22 http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=190980&uk=1143976775
Any luck? I found something. To go back to the stock FW you need to flash it via Windows.
"Warning: People who have the first Version of the Firmware ( Date 2012.12.13 ), they should first update to second version ( Date 2012.12.15 ) and then they can update to the last version ( Date 2013.01.12). Because you can get some problems with SIM."
Unfortunately only 32bit drivers included.

I read this too, was because of me this topic
I sent it to a friend, who will flash it with his box.
Finally flashed it to the basic firmware.
Also tried several other firmwares, resetting IMEI - also different sim cards.
We guess the SIM Slot should be broken. Does anybody know if we can order just the SIM Module Slot? Or it would be just the whole mainboard?

No Sim Card On Moto e2 [OTUS] after flashing new Rom

I flashed surnia rom by mistake and after that its not detecting my sim card. I tried flashing many roms, and yet no luck! IMEI number is proper, baseband version is proper. And i'm unable to turn on radio with the network app.! What to do?
Now i'm running on lineage os 14.1 [OTUS].
When i insert my simcard in slot1, put my phone in aeroplane mode and reboot. It shows simcard in slot 2 and no service.

Network unlock

I bought a used note 5 T-MOBILE 64 GB that was unlocked yesterday. My sim card was working fine. I installed TWRP recovery by ODIN and after installing it my phone boot-looped. So, I installed "no-verity-opt-encrypt.zip" file and rooted the phone with "BETA-SuperSU-v2.68-20160228150503.zip". After that the stock rom booted fine but I the phone turned on it gave the error that non-carrier sim was inserted and the sim did not work. I tried formatting the phone. Installed the nougat firmware updated it and the problem still persistes. Is there any way to remove Network lock? I would appreciate your help greatly

You use the app in the T-Mobile folder to unlock

Question SIM not working on A326BR

Both slot 1 and slot 2 are not working.
I inserted my SIM into my iPad and it’s working fine, so it’s not the card’s problem.
Baseband version shows correctly(A326BRZHU4AUJ6), so I think it’s not baseband problem.
I only unlocked the bootloader and other things like ROM or recovery is not modified. What shall I do?
