when i click on my cam app it wont start up the cam why how can i fix this i need help

Hi,
I was wondering if there is anyway u can install a new camera apk on my nexus s. One which has all camera functions and 720p recording atleast. I found a camera apk called miuicamera but I can't seem to be able to install it any help will be very much appreciated.
Btw I have rooted my nexus s but still can't manage to install that camera apk.

Just by installing a camera.apk that has the 720p video recording option does not make you have that function. For one the NS is said to not have the hardware for 720p, but keep in mind that was also said about the N1(Nexus One) . Maybe a dev can get it to work, but it wont be as easy as just installing a different camera.apk.

go to the main phone settings, manage applications, applications, all, camera.. the clear the data and try again.
All of sudden the camera has stopped working! Guys please help me out to fix the same!

Hi
Hard reset your mobile and open the camera application or try some camera apps like camera zoom FX etc...I had this problem in ICS whenever i try to open camera in Skype this message appears and closed the application after rebooting, the Skype works fine.
Don't forget to hit the thanks button.
dude download camera app from a110 camera section nd reboot in to recovery and install it... it will surely help u.

Hi guys my galaxy note 5 got some water damage after fixing it the flashlight works fine but when i try to take a photo the camera flash doesn't work . even in snapchat and other camera type apps.
isnt the flashlight the same flash that is used for the camera ?

Yes it is the same flash but first try installing a blinking flashlight app from play store and then tell me the results so that I can explain further

Hi i installed several blinking flashlight program but the flash didn't work with them. I even installed flashlight programs and the flash also didn't not working. But in the quick settings panel when i press the flashlight button it works fine.
Hey, I had some issues with the stock camera app after flashing Zero Camera over it, and now I can't get it to shoot video. Can any of you guys help me out and upload a stock android camera apk file for S8+?
