PS3 Bluetooth Gaming Headset - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

Not sure if this is possible, but if its not someone smarter then I needs to figure it out.
Is there a way to plug your earbuds into your phone and then connect the setup as a gaming headset to your ps3? That would be sick if this is possible.
Anyone figured this out, or have an app that can enable this yet?
Also, this would be on a captivate.

possible, but with the delay of sounds is a minus.

what delay in sound?

anyone have any ideas?

Bluetooth headset for 2 ears

All I want is a bluetooth headset for both ears that I can use to listen to music and to make calls with. Basically I want a bluetooth version of the headset that came w/ my xda II. Does anyone know of anything like this? If not, does anyone know how I might be able to "modify" a regular headset to be used via bluetooth. I want to be able to listen to music and take calls, but i want to be able to listen to music on both ears, not jus one. I don't even care if it's mono, i just want another speaker for my other ear. Please help if you can at all.
There certainly seems to be a gaping hole in the marketplace.
These people are even selling a design for some bluetooth stereo headphones, but little else comes up on a quick Google!

answer calls from PC

Hi
i am looking to answer calls from my laptop and use it mic and speakers..
anybody now how i can do this using either wifi (prefered)..BT..or usb cable..
thanks in advance
You can interface through your PC with an emulator like Pocket Controller or My Mobiler but you can't pull through the mic or speakers.
ok
but is there anyway to route the sound to my laptop ..as if it was a BT headset
Not sure about bluetooth, sounds plausible.
You could simply run a 3.5 from phone to mic input but that's rather crude.
This may be what you're looking for. I haven't personally tried it, but I've heard it works well. Good luck!
Thanks i will give it a go

[Q] Music vs. Bluetooth calling. Calling loses!

Hi --
Anybody have this problem?
I have my phone plugged into my car stereo via the headphone jack. I've got the bluetooth headset on because I want to make a call. When I hit the button on my bluetooth, the music comes through my headset, at full volume no less, and I can't hear the voice dial prompts.
So, I'd like to overcome this problem. Does anybody have a solution, workaround or app that they're familiar with that will solve this problem? I'm losing the hearing in my right ear .
Oh, yeah, I have an Evo 4g if it matters.
Thanks!

Looking for some help with Bluetooth and Wired audio priorities

Hey guys, I've got a motorcycle helmet with a bluetooth add on which supports stereo music and phone calls. The stereo speakers are located in the helmet and they're great for around town but when I'm on the freeway I like to use earbuds instead. On my original Droid if I plugged in my headphones they would override the bluetooth audio but I would still be able to control some aspects of the music with my bluetooth controls (track forward, track back). Anyway on the Droid X if I plug in my headphones they do not override bluetooth audio, no sound comes through the headphones so in order to play music through my earbuds I have to turn off bluetooth all together. My question is this, is there somewhere I can edit bluetooth priorities? I would like plugged in headphones to have first priority, I'm sure it must be possible since the Droid allowed me to do this, but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. I would really appreciate any insight on this, I've heard tasker may be able to do this but so far have been unable to make it work. Thanks!

[Q] Sound when using controller

Whenever I link up the game controller, the only place I get sound is when I plug headphones into the controller. Everything else is muted. Is there really no way to use the game controller without headphones? Sound is fine out of the speakers when the controller is off.
Maybe I'm missing something silly...
Thanks,
Jeff
Did you solve your problem?
I got sound from the tablet and also over HDMI if connected when using the game controller.
