Why notification bar is empty although there is notifications?

What should I do?
You need to turn them back on. You prob hit the slider by accident (I have done this).
Click by the clock and then click the wireless area. Turn Notifications back on from there (4 or 5 down from airplane mode).

I am looking for a way to keep the black bar when one goes into full screen mode.
also to make the menu pop up i need to bring up the charms menu. doesn't say anything about this in the settings.
Does anyone know a way?

im on 4.2.2 galaxy s4 zoom and i cant manage to remove the ongoing image under the clock.
i succeed to remove the "ongoing" text but still the image wont go away.

I want to hide the navigation(back, home recent) bar, when getting a notification while gaming. I still want to to get the notification though. Very frustrating.

U can go gestures and get rid of it all together. I have mine that way and won't go back.
So I just updated to 12.0.13 and now I don't get any notifications in the drawer.
They're on the status bar but when I pull it down it's empty...

It's NOT just the system update, it's all notifications.
Disregard... The way it works now is if you pull down on the right half you only get settings, left half only notifications.

It does not have any description and I have tried to turn off all notifications from apps and it is still there!?
No one knows? Nobody seen that?
