Hi fre4evr2
First, backup your system (nandroid CWM backup).
Second, Google for "Madmack Patch". Follow guidelines very carefully.
This will give you Right-to-Left support, as well as shaping and fonts.

This fixed my RTL texting with numbers :

It doesn't fix the menus on apps, but that's what i found so far.
The advantage of it is that you can generate a CWM zip file and send it to your SDCARD for flashing.

I m not sure that it works even...adwaitk007 has added indian language support in his every cm7 rom...check his threads...he has dev'd 3 roms:
