Got my Motorola Mini-USB to Micro-USB Charger Adapter finally.

I used this with my G1 one now it's time to try it out on my G2X.
In the next few week when I am out i try using it, I will post the results.
Any one else have one of these and plan using it?
I was wondering does anyone have the one with the blue light instead of the green one???
Is there a diffrence between the two.
HERE SOME INFO ABOUT THE LIGHTS.
IN CASE YOU FORGOT OR LOST THE MANUAL.

Note: If using a mini-USB data cable, charging capability and time is based on the power output capability of the computer's USB port (or USB hub port). Some ports may charge very slowly (or not at all).
P790 Compatibility
The P790 can be use used most phones with Mini-USB-compatible phones
Portable Charger Standby Time
Q: How long does the P790 portable charger holds its charge?
A: The P790 can hold its charge for approximatly 3 months if stored at room temperature.
No wonder it had a charge when I needed it , It was ready to go
one day I forgot about it. Back when I had my G1 phone died it saved my butt after being lost for atleast month under my cars seats.

Bought a brand new nexus s a few days ago, but having issue with the battery percentage indicator and with the AC adapter.
I charge the device until its full (getting a full battery indicator and also in the status menu i see 100%) but the instant i disconnect the AC adapter it drops to 95%
And another issue is with the AC adapter, when i use it i see in the status menu that it indicates that the charging type is USB instead of AC, when trying an HTC Desire AC adapter the charging type is AC
Is a battery calibration is necessary with a new device and if so what is the correct why to do it ? And what's the deal with the AC adapter ?
Thanks

This has been brought up multiple times on the this forum - next time please do a search.
[A] It's how Samsung or Google have designed the phone, doesn't let the phone charge fully 100% as to prolong your battery life.
Why did they do that using software? That's stupid.
They should have lowered battery specs in the hardware and keep the software go upto 100%.
OK, this is a noob question, but here goes.
The galaxy beam2 (i8530) comes bundled with a desktop charger.
I have a question regarding this charger as it isnt explained on the owner's manual.
When i leave a battery in the charger, the LED would first show RED because it is charging.
And after few hours when the battery is fully charged, the LED would show GREEN.
So far so good right?
OK here comes the good part. If I delay in removing the charger from the power outlet,
the LED would then turn from GREEN to flashing-ORANGE (or blinking orange)
What does this means? I havent been doing a lot of charging on the charger till now.
But there was once when I removed the freshly charged battery from the blinking-orange charger,
the phone shows only 96% of charge and not 100%
I recently bought a chinese tablet (Sumvision Cyclone Voyager). I found that it wont charge past 92%. After much research i discovered that the problem can be fixed by one of the following:
-removing the battery
-wiping battery in CWM
-Full discharge until off, remove battery, hold power 30 seconds, replace battery charge to 100%
But most of these things require removing the battery or using CWM. What if the battery is non-removable? Or you cant get CWM for you model?
FIX for LiPo non removable (very simple)
I found the fix is:
1. Full discharge until it turns off
2. Full recharge while off until it stops charging ( will prob get stuck at the last bit (92% in my case but when off it dosnt give percentage just keeps showing animation for last 1/3 of battery to be charged)
3. Remove charger and power on the device. Use it until it drops below 80%
4. Recharge again while its on until it gets stuck at X% (92% in my case)
5. This is the important part: while its stuck charging remove the mains plug from the socket on the mains while leaving the connector plugged into the device (dont turn switch off at wall actually unplug the ac adaptor from the mains socket)
6. wait 30 seconds and plug it back in to the mains socket.
-Leave and see if it charges. It may not work the first time. For me it worked on the 3rd attempt.
I installed MoKee rom ( from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2699446 ) and after a day of normal usage my phone discharged to the 0%.
Now I plugged it to the charger but won't turn on, only the green light turn on.
I removed the battery and reinstalled but the same.
I used different battery charger, but won't turn on..
What can I do?
All these charger have 5v output, 1.0A output.
I don't have original photon Q charger.
PS: battery is cold, seems that charger is not charging.. after some minute the green led turn off until I disconnect and reconnect the cable

You have 3 options to fix it
1. you must connect other battery must be 3,7v to your phone mb with some wieres and flash some other rom , if this no help flesh stock soft with RDS lite
2. maybe somebody have photon q in your area and he give you battery for 10 - 20 min or charge your battery in his phone
3. buy / make motorola usb service/factory cable ( when you connect your phone with this cable you will be able to flash stock software even if you have dead battery )
a) make your own - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1077414
b) buy - http://www.ebay.com/itm/MIcrousb-Mi...=Laptop_Adapters_Chargers&hash=item3a8501224f

Been having some issue with my Xperia 5 II with wall outlets. Phone does not charge with wall outlet and portable battery. Tried different wires but does not charge. I did notice that when I plug the phone to the wall outlet the phone detects it cause I feel it vibrate but just doesn't charge. However it does charge with the same wires to a computer.
Anyone having this issue or have any solutions?
My phone was dead one morning and when I plugged it in I got a vibration but the LED light that indicates charging did not light. I tried everything and as last resort I went to the manual. It said that if you drain the battery when you start charging it gives no visible clue, none, until it hits around 15%. That was true. I plugged it in and read a book and eventually the red LED came on and the phone charged and all has been well.

before this happen when i charge my phone either below or above 15% it shows the charging icon on the battery and the red LED. And like I mention plug in to charge on the computer under 15% i see the LED on and charge icon on the battery. Nonetheless i will try your method and try plugging it in under 15% to see if it charges.
Tried charging the phone at 0% and also inbetween 0% and 15% still not charging. The only way for it charge now is on a fast charger sony usb c cable.
