Is that possible to install Samsung Galaxy S4 ROM to my phone?

u cannot just port any rom on to ur device mate.
roms r specifically made for the phones..
U NEED TO FLASH ROMS SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR UR HUAWEI ASCEND G610-U20..
