[Q] help needed to enable market app on samsung galaxy tab

hi , i bought myself a samsung galaxy tab with a Turkish carrier. By default there is a diffrent application intead of Android Market. and you can not install the market app to the device. the system does not let you to do so. is there a way to solve the problem? in a forum i read an instruction by changing the sales code but unfortunately the divice does not let me to change the code either... thanks for your help...

Hi, i bought a device sony xperia z ultra w/o google services, i suspected if comes from the country that banned google play services.. Is there a chance to bring it back?
