Under the notification bar, not a widget.
I recall a way to flash a .zip to get more quick settings there, but can't put my finger on it.
Anyone know of how to put extra settings under the notification bar, like add screen orientation sensor on/off, etc. alongside the already existing brightness, wifi, etc.?
Using Inspired Ace v1.0.1 ROM.

Newly created account, cant post to synergy thread in Development.
Loving the ROM, only issue is that I like to toggle off my lock screen at certain time of the day when it becomes a hassle to unlock everytime i need to use the phone.
Lock toggle on eschelon's Synergy JB r118 works great until i select something from the pull down notification bar, like a text message or email.
sequence goes like this:
-lock toggle off, notication comes in
-pull down notification bar, click notification
-lockscreen
-lock toggle is still off, but lock screen and parameters
only works that way, never turns off the lockscreen.
currently using a pin as a lock screen with no slider. have tried with other locks (password, slider, etc) and still same problem. its a small annoyance since most of the time clicking the lock toggle to 'on' and then 'off' works but i figured id try and bring it to the attention of the developer.
thanks in advance.
Is there a mod I can flash to allow the notification shade from the lockscreen? Would be nice to access Torch without having to unlock my device...
EDIT: I should point out that I don't use the lockring, and I like how 4.4 eliminates the lockring if you use a PIN for security.
EDIT 2: Even a (gigantic) Torch widget for the lockscreen would be acceptable.
So you're not able to pull down notifications or toggles from your lockscreen? By default you're able to but maybe not once you've set a password. There are many flashlight/torch widgets however.
There is a mod for Xposed called Notification Mod that enables you to pull down your notifications shade when you have a PIN lock. Couple that with the torch quick settings tile from GravityBox and you'll be good to go.

i use widgetsoid to add a torch toggle widget to the lockscreen, and i've just set my unlock to be pin rather than slide and it still shows up, so that might be worth looking into
We have a winner! This thing is perfect. Completely minimalist, it's just a small, or medium, or huge plain flat holo-style icon as a widget on the lockscreen. In all sizes, it's centered. Tap it and the LED goes on, tap it again and the LED goes off. Couldn't have asked for a better solution. And to think, I was just about to spend hours trying to figure out what the heck "Xposed framework" is and what ROMs it's compatible with and how to use it, just to get a flashlight on the lockscreen.
How is this not a feature in every ROM yet???

Hello, I'm looking for a mod that adds the option of setting brightness by sliding across the status bar. To clarify, this is not the same as a brightness slider in the notification panel. You literally slide on the status bar with out having to pull anything down first. It's a crucial feature for me since I go in and out of the Sun a lot during the day. Thanks!
Viper ROM has it as an option so I know it is compatible with Sense roms. I'm running CleanRom now.
Tried GravityBox xposed module and it has the option but when I enable it, it doesn't actually go into effect...
Are you running the Kitkat version of it? Also you shouldn't even need to do this, the auto screen brightness adjustment on this phone is quite good and should adjust it properly for you even quicker than the status bar slider mod you're looking for can.

Yes, I was using KitKat version. The JB version won't even install on a KK phone...
I'd use Auto Brightness if I could set the lower limit to go all the way down to 0% but I can't find settings to customize that. Do you know an Xposed module that can?
In case you were wondering how to set the maximum automatic brightness level
A Google Search:
From the Home screen, tap > Settings > Display & gestures or Display, gestures & buttons. With the Automatic brightness option selected, drag the slider to set the maximum brightness level. This sets a limit on how bright the screen will be when Automatic brightness is selected.
Great answers.
How can one add this feature?
After updating to Android L, I was poking around the setting seeing what is new. I pressed a button to invert the color on the phone. Now when I go to the quick toggles in the dropdown shade, I get a toggle for inverting the color, and the screen rotation toggle is missing. Please help, I use this toggle a lot and I do not know how to get it back.

In settings, accessibility tick the box
I'm trying to get the AOSP battery icon instead of the Sony one. I've tried GravityBox, which works to add the AOSP icon, but Sony's one is still there. I know I can disable it in settings but it still shows on the lock screen and when the notification pane is down. Is there any other way to change/remove Sony's battery icon?
Not Optimal... But it works!
So I am figuring you are trying to do this because you got gravity box and when you apply a battery icon it adds it alongside the stock one but doesn't replace it... So there three easy steps to get rid of it! First of all in the settings search for personalization, system icons and untick battery... this will get rid of the battery in the status bar when it is NOT pulled down; then go to the xposed app and download a module called clean lock screen, activate it and tick the option for the removal of the status bar icons... this will get rid of it in the lock screen BUT it will also remove the gravity box one and the WiFi and data signal icons... and lastly, download a module from the xposed installer called android N-ify, this will add some awesome features like the double-tap recents to go to last applications and yata yata but most important thing is that this will customize your notification and quick toggle panel and it by default hides battery... so reboot and your stock battery should be successfully hidden!! I know your question is kinda old by now but I just got back to stock marshmallow in my z3 and was struggling with this same exact problem and this was the best solution I was able to find for this!
