This is still in it's infancy and I will make more colors over time. I am new to theming so I am up for any advice or positive criticism.
As of right now, it appears these will only work on an AOSP 2.3 ROM. Since I am new to theming, I will try to find some coding instructions to make this more compatible.

1. Download zip file.
2. Move zip file to root of SD card.
3. Reboot into recovery.
4. Wipe cache and Dalvik cache.
5. Flash zip file.
6. Reboot.

Alright...Links are better now. I think the Blue was broken. These are simple keyboards atm, once I figure out how to change the auto-correct color they will be updated. I will get more colors posted when I can.

Nice.. I like the darker look..
And its been awhile since I modded my own kybd but I believe once you decompile the apk those colors can be changed in the \values\colors.xml file..

I will try to have a pink one by the end of the weekend. And let me know what you think of the keyboard after its installed. I think the pictures don't do justice since they are so big, but if I make them smaller they look cloudy on the xda app.

Alright so I ended up using the green one on savaged-zen rc4 and I love it. I like the stock gingerbread keyboard and this is that with a nice twist on it. Most keyboards I see are just too much and these are just perfect. Ill get around to trying the blue later and ill flash the pink on my girls phone as soon as its up. Tyvm for your work on these. Great job!!!

Hmmm...that's odd. I flash the updates to my phone before I post them to make sure they work. I will be posting an updated one this weekend with the auto correct text matching the keyboard. I will download from link and check it out though, just to make sure until then. Thx

I just flashed it and everything is fine. But it sure hung on the boot animation for awhile. But I don't think that is from the update. The worst case scenario I have had with checking the apk's after push and reboot is not having a keyboard after reboot. Thank goodness for root explorer. Lol.

hopefully everybody knows how to flash these on their phone if not here is how
1.) download the file you want and rename it to PB31IMG
2.) plug in phone to computer and install as a disk drive and drag the PB31IMG file to the root (not in any folders) of your sd card memory
3.) once the file is on your phone power down your phone and go to your hboot (pressing and holding volume down and pressing the power button)
4.) once it boots up it will look for a PB31IMG file once its found it will ask you to start update press volume up to start then press it again to reboot device and you done!!!!
Also im taking any request for splash screens just pm me or post in this thread and i'll get to it

You should start by reading the bible in the sgs4g development forums.
Learn how to root and flash.
Then read the thread about the icbinb rom, flash it, and then flash this theme.

make sure you have her pick up my addition to the mix, the one thing missing was a pink notification envelope which i added. flashed it to my g/f's rom today and its working perfectly. still a wonderful theme with lots of work added into it.

Ok heres 2 KH2 themes im working on take a look and let me know if im going in a good direction or tell me not to quit my day job,lol. These are not 100% finished im still have to add a transparent background to the drop down menu in the CM7 theme and some other small imperfections. Also the Blood Theme screen shots were takin with my screen filter on so they look slightly dim but are a rich red color.
Note: Some of the icons,images and etc.. have been ported from other themes from different phones and i will give credit to the creators if i determine these are worth posting. Alot of stuff i have made/edited in gimp myself.

those are in systemUI.apk. extract it, then swap the icons, repush them into the apk and flash or push the file back into your file system. quite simple.

Yes your right its pretty simple to do but time consuming swapping every icon, button, checkmark,editing png's in gimp, resizing menu bars and etc.... I use 7zip and just drag and drop the res folder make my changes and drag it back.
Also im finishing up the cm7 crystal theme this weekend. There be a themed dialer,mms,and power menu and every menu icon swapped. Should have these uploaded at the beginning of next week.

Ok heres my cm7 themed dialer v1 i just made, took me 3hrs!!! and i still need to change a couple things like the carbon contact button at the top right doesnt look good and i want to add a little 3d gloss effect on the dial pad to make it look a little better but its almost complete. Next is contact and mms.

Are these themes ever coming out?
I was introduced to the vrtheme installer recently. And this got me thinking. Why would one want an entire theme when they can just pick pieces that they like and make their own. Hence the Birth of JBEITEL'S ULTIMATE UNIVERSAL THEMING THREAD
What I have done was taken several individual pieces of my theme and made them just that, a separate piece along with color variations. Want a green Battery? done. want an orange battery tomorrow? done
The best part is that they do not mess with any other part of your current theme so mix and match as you like. Like Blue? pick blue battery, data arrows and signal bars. Get where I am going here?
These are rom independent, meaning, they SHOULD work on most S3 rom. I have only tested them on Synergy and Beans. As long as the rom uses the same icon names, you are good to go. If you try other's, let me know if they work so I can add them to the list.
These do not work on CM10
MAKE A NANDROID FIRST! The wifi icons have arrows on the base of it. They have separate arrows in the systemui but for some reason it isnt using those and it is using the arrows from the data arrows so they appear larger than usual. The arrows will be the same color as the data arrows that you chose.
TWRP NOW WORKS WITH VRTHEMES AS OF TWRP V2.2.2.1.

v2 fixed teal wifi and resized wifi so the arrows don't overlap.

I flashed the red icons, and lost my status bar completely. I reflashed the darkhorse theme for synergy 1.7 and its still gone. I don't know what I did wrong? How do I get it back?

reflash the rom
I reflashed the Rom. Got the status bar back. I flashed the icons 1 at a time.... wifi, battery, and signal all worked with no problem ... flashed the red data and cwm came up with an error (bad), and status bar is gone again. Maybe someone else can duplicate this?

Not yet was gonna give it a go later tonight. Try it out and see what happens. Just make a nandroid back up first.
Works fine with beans ROM.... only problem is that purple data zip file won't flash... thinking that has something to do with the file???! Thanks for all the hard work...

I pm'd john so he is aware. All of the data zips are bad. I am sure he will have it fixed soon. He doesn't have an s3 so its taking him a little bit longer to test things.
