I have a non-rooted stock VZW Xoom. I've uploaded my music library to the cloud, but for some reason when I refresh Google Music on the Xoom I don't see any of my cloud music. Anyone have any ideas?

i'm an italian user and in italy are avaible only market and book services from google play.
one day i had to delete a song from google play music app when it says: "song_name has been sideloaded and uploaded to google play music. Only the sideloaded items will be deleted. Do you want to delete them?"
the point is: i'm worried about the music upload service. i sync my music throught windows media player and i store it all on the internal storage. i don't want my music to be uploaded to google server, specially if it happens when i'm on 3g connection.
for short:
does google play music upload music on 3g connection?
does google play music upload music even if i can't access this service due to country limitations?
thanks in advance
For some reason Google music or Amazaon's cloud player is reading the music from the "removable" drive. PowerAmp doesn't have a problem since I can point it to that drive. Anyone else or is there a fix?
I've a Xoom and a One S. I have put music on both devices using file transfer from home HDD, Amazon MP3 and more recently Google music.
Some Google music is still stored on the Google music servers some is On Device.
The problem is that Google music doesn't recognise the Amazon or file transfer music. Can I make it do so without uploading to the Google music servers?
Additionally I use the HTC Car app however it doesn't list Google music app as an option. Can I set Google music as the preferred app?
Anyone know how I can sync my full Google Music library to my S3?
I've synced playlists from Itunes to Google Music, roughly 1,000 songs, and now I want those songs stored permanently on my device. Is there a way to do it without listening and caching each song 1 at a time?
Thanks
In the past I've copied my song collection to my phone but I need the space now for apps and other things. How can I make it so I can stream my music from the cloud? I just want to stream music from the cloud over wifi/data. I've heard Google music can work, but I don't see an option to play songs by folder. Is that possible?
I have Plex (paid version) but I have to get a Plex Pass ($5/month) to get the cloud streaming option.
