[Q] mOTOROla aTRIx Gingerblur 3.1 webtop malfuntions

Yesterday i Updated my Atrix (at&t)with Motorola's Recent Update, and i also Rooted it with GingerBreak and later installed GingerBlur 3.1, b/c i wanted to be able to hack the Famous webtop, the problem is, as soon as i attach the hdmi cable(that came with the phone) my hdmi tv doesnt stream sound the sound comes out of the phone and video does not fit my tv's screen...(i tryied the Justin.tv app for that)
Have you ever webtopped before? If not you'll need to set up tv size and audio output via settings. Try that and get back to me
no i havent, i went to my vizio setup but there's nothing that allowed me to change tv size and audio output. the only thing that i found in my phone is hdmi mirroring. i saw in another forum something about clear the dalvik cache i did it and nothing, any suggestion?

[Q] ICS Netflix issues anyone?

Since the new ICS update (.11 havent tried .17) Netflix is busted when it is being used with the miniHDMI cable... What happens is that it shows the subtitles on the TF screen and the actual video on the TV when it used to work fine before, having both on the TV screen...
Have anyone bumped into this or know how to fix it?

Streaming Video Without HDMI

I have an older TV without an HDMI port. Is there a way to stream video from my phone to the TV?
I believe this should do the trick:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HDMI-3-RCA-RGB-A-V-Component-Conversion-Cable-Male-/170659070304
And then you need MHL adapter for the phone:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-MHL-Micro-USB-HDMI-Female-Cable-Adapter-HTC-Samsung-S2-/150867197550
EDIT:
Now that I think of it Iam not sure how well thats going to play out. Its very likely that the resolution the phone puts out is too high and the image will be strecthed out of the screen.

[Q] HDMI heartbreaks

Okay, when I plug my tablet into my cheapo Insignia TV via HMDI I get tablet on TV, yay! Navigate to play a video I downloaded via Google Play, yay it's there. Press play, yes there's volume and a pic...wait where'd the picture go!? Both tablet and TV go black screen while the TV plays the volume. Sup wit dat? I tried HDMI 1 + 2 ports into the TV. Dunno what to do but I think my family would appreciate Despicable Me, and other flicks, more on 42" instead of 10" . Help!
I believe this is an issue with Goggle Play video and it does not do HDMI out.
Seems to work fine for me outputting to a Sony 40" TV with a free episode I got of Shaun the Sheep. Not sure if there might be a difference in DRM though.
Also, I'm running KatKiss 4.3 on mine. Are you on stock? I have seen some mention of this issue being fixed on certain ROMs. frederuco do you know if Timduru may have this fix in KatKiss?

[Q] MHL-HDMI TV(without MHL) No output

First to say, this is a bit long, but explains exactly what is my problem and what am I doing, I really need help, please. Thank you,
Today I bought hdmi (Male-Male) cable and MHL 5-pin adapter for my Xperia Z1 Compact. And I have a really weird problem. So I set up everything the way it's supposed to be, connect hdmi cable to TV and mhl adapter, charging cable to adapter and then connect adapter to phone, also I set correct hdmi channel on TV. And, I get notification about MHL connected, but there's no any picture or sound on TV. Also, phone randomly stops charging, however mhl notification still stays and screen stays landscape, until I switch to another program on TV or unplug cable. Another weird thing, if I play any format of video in any player(even stock one), video stops every 4 sec and I have to manually press play every time(it's not performance issue though, I can play unoptimized games for qualcomm like GTA SA with same amount of framerate as if I played normally) and sound from video can sometimes go out through phone speaker(and it's not supposed to, instead should come as hdmi output on TV). And here some of the facts:
-My charger and cable normally works
-Without charger connected to mhl adapter, I dont get any notification, so charging part is fine
-If I unplug hdmi cable from mhl adapter, I dont get random charging interrupts, phone charges constantly
-I have stock 4.4 Kitkat Android, no system applications deleted
-My tv is from 2005, Panasonic, without mhl but has 2 Hdmi slots- 720p, in case TV means anything
I have 3 guesses that came to my mind: software issue(like bug or something), unsupported resolution(maybe if phone doesn't recognize TV's 720p and instead sets to full HD(but then there wouldn't be charging issue and probably video pausing issue too) and lastly, broken adapter(To mention, it's right type, 5 pin, so it could only be literally broken inside-loose, but it seems quality and if it was loose there would still be some kind of output on TV, during normal charging period)
Can anyone give some solution...? I can't find any similar problem to mine, so I have no idea what could be the cause.
