Anyone successful download app from Amazon Apps Store with the TF? It keep asking for 1-click button registration when trying to download it, even thou I had register already.

Are you using the appstore app? I have had no problems, and its great that it shows me all my apps in one place.

You have to download the amazon appstore app to your transformer. Even though when you browse on the computer and click on purchase...it won't download until the amazon appstore is launched on the transformer.
yes, I'm running this from the amazon app store. I guess I will have to un-install and try this thing again.

works well on mine...I live in UK so have to register an amazon.com account and put some random address I got from google for 1-click registration
Always worked for me. I had 1-click activated for a while though. It's great and I downloaded a lot of great free apps already!

Amazon App Store is a great alternative.
Anyone unable to sign into the Amazon App Store? I just got my Infuse 4G and installed the latest from Amazon's download URL.
When I sign it, I get:
There was a temporary error signing you in. Please try again in a few moments.
My only option at this point is to press OK.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the app's data and trying, and confirming my credentials work on their web site. I can browse the store, but I just cannot sign in.

Thanks! Solved the issue that I was having trying to get into the Amazon App store. The funny thing was it kept asking for a Valid e-mail and password, instead of letting me know I had too many devices registered. Also other Amazon sites (such as their Android MP3 player) worked fine.

is there anyway to set-up alerts for apps on sale at either Play or Amazon apps?
There's AppSales, but it's only for Google Play.

Uh oh!! Your Appsale link doesn't work anymore. Is there anything else? I'm curious about this too. I want to get NFS: Most Wanted on sale. LoL!!
And there was no way for me to get directly to the 25 cent Google Play sale unless I went through a link on the website. I didn't know how to navigate through the Desktop Play Store to find these apps. I definitely didn't know how to find these apps in the Mobile Play Store.

The link still works. You can also go to Google Play and search for appsales.
Appzapp is a newish app in the play store which I use to keep informed of sales. It's still in beta but if it turns out to be as good as the ios version it will be a great app

Ah!! You're right. I opened it from my tablet and it worked. But I couldn't go to the link from my computer. Anyways I found it so thanks.

is there anyway to browse "my apps" with this version? I cant seem to get it to show me my apps, I can however install the ones I own if i just search for them in the general area then install from there.

The second one I'd think.
There is a way to access "my apps" press Y on the Nvidia Shield and that will bring up the menu just as it does on phones that have a menu button...you can access more than just "my apps" as well such as settings adding gift cards etc.

In case you didn't know Amazon brought down their price for Prime today (only) to $72 for new members only. So I went and bought a subscription. I can get it to work on my Note 4, but cant seem to get it to work on my Note 12.2

Ist very simple: you must use the PHONE Version of Amazons store app (NOT "Amazon for Tablets"!!!) to get Instant/Prime Video to work on the tablet! You have to install it with Amazons own app store.

Ok Yeah after downloading a few wrongs ones I figured it out.
Amazon Version 5.2.2 - (Not the Tablet One, or Shopping One)
Instant Video Version 1.0 (I havent looked for an updated version yet)

Did you make sure they were the same Versions I posted in my previous Post?
Mine is playing perfectly fine. Try uninstalling and re-installing the apps.
