I made a flashable script for the 3D Boot Animation. Let me know if you have any issues.
I just tested this on ASOP 2.3.4 and all works good.

Here is a gif I put together to show anime, a bit fast but it shows it atleast.. and the zip I put up in Kingdom port is the one he's sharing.. you can use this in op for visual. Oh.. you using already.. smh thx for credits

just want to say thanks to incredibledoes for guiding me though
i just made a stock rom of what i wanted in it so let me know guys

astro manager
blapk market
hulu

rom manager

wimax notifier
and more....
also i changed font a little
and its got the flip transissions
also updated reboot settings now has hot start added

I think you hit the play speed dead on. I prefer keeping the image size due to quality, but to each their own.
