Hi everyone, so I was at work today and my asst. Store mgr was showing a neat trick with his Iphone (please don't flame me for asking a f-ing questiion just because the word iphone is in it) when he goes to his email app he has an option to print to any wifi printer. I was skeptical at first but he printed an email out and I went back to our display printers because I work at office depot and two of the display printers had printed two email that he had sent to em. I have printer share and cannot for the life of me print to one our wifi printers on display and I use this app at home all the time but thought it would be really awesome if I could do what he did. Anyone know a such app? Thanks

I think Google is planning on implementing some sort of "cloud print" service soon. I know they have it with the docs webapp right now, but I have never tested it...
Look here this App would print in a later version Gmail!
But you need Chrome

try this

I guess u want to send sms via gateways.
there are two best apps on play store for that:
1) free sms sender
2) free sms way
take bb phone for free messaging.
WhatsApp !
Best by far is gosms. Its fast, customizable, easy to use, and gets updated regularly. Handcent has gotten to big and clunky lately

GoSMS is a good message app, has a lot of features and settings. Very customizable.
What is the best Facebook alternative in Google Play? The original one SUCKS because it takes forever to load.

an alternative facebook app, or an alternative social network?
Google plus is your best bet, great communication with people who have the same interests. Take time to look at the many guides for how to get the most out of your experience.
Sorry for the confusing title. I meant an alternative for the Facebook app

Friendcaster is the only thing worth a damn. the others suck and never sync right or post spam on your behalf.

I've found just going to the mobile site using the web browser works best for me. No apps to download and youcan do everything you need to. only thing you don't get is notifications which to me isn't a big deal.

Are you able to somehow view events in fast for facebook? I bought fast pro last night, and noticed I can't seem to see events. Lately my work friends have been scheduling their Happy hours through it, and I'd like to be able to see it on my phone without using the mobile site.

Not sure but here's the Fast for Facebook thread can ask the dev. Or see if he would implement that into it.

Is there a messaging app the would give a real time alert (stated "typing") when in text conversation to notify you that the other person is responding to your message. Any help or thought and ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Yeah but that's an app where both parties need to have that installed where I am looking for more of an sms app. How does that app even work and forgive my silly questions
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
Hmm, idk if the facebook messenger app does that, u can use it to text people and both parties don't need it
Sent from my SCH-1535 using Tapatalk 4
I use whatsapp and it does that. Possibly one of the best messaging apps there is. Both parties need it, and it is a dollar, but you can use wifi and it is rock solid stable. One of the best purchases I've made in the play store.
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
yeah you are only going to get that functionality when both parties are using the same app. And it would have to be a messenger/chat type app not a strictly sms/mms type app
Currently I use go SMS but lately u have been putting so many ads into the app.
Just wondering what u guys use.

I don't use sms apps usually and i prefer whats app over a messaging app. Some times i will use default messaging app present in my Rom.

I use handcents.
I agree with the op, go sms has been really nice for me, with scheduling features and different led colors per contact. But popup ads are a dealbreaker. I've tried handcent, but it was very slow for me. I'm seriously considering going back to the stock app
