[ROM] Pays-ROM Desire Froyo v1.0 [Lightweight] [16th July 2010]

This is a froyo based ROM.
I added my well known framework and included a lot of modifications you will find on XDA dev. I used richards default kernel so you shouldn't have any problems flashing one of his UV or OC kernels in order to overclock with SetCPU.
I tried to make a stable lightweight ROM and its about 68 MB now.

Important:
After the first boot your device will need a while so don't be scared when there is a black screen after the boot screen. The setup wizard will popup as soon as the device is ready

Just flashed Richard Trip's UVOC kernel and using set cpu. Works perfectly. Can't test echo as yet but everything else seems to be great!
Edit: Using setcpu and OC I get linpack results of 45.111. Nice. Lol

Since this is a Froyo rom, after flashing can I just restore apps like I would on 2.1 rom?

Is this based on the leaked Sense, AOSPs or other ports? I am asking because only the Sense based ones currently do not have the WiFi sleep issue and I am wondering whether this ROM is the same as your Sparta, the one where Sense was removed but still based on HTC one.

This would properbly become the first Froyo rom I'll be satisfied with.
So what dialer is in this rom? The one who comes up with names or the one that just shows the numbers you're typing?
At the moment I'm running your Eclair 2.3 rom with great deal of succes..... Wondering what the experiences of this rom will be!

There is a problem with speaker. I thing is the kernel....I tried to flash Wildmonks-2.6.35.7_1152MHz_103010_Kernel.
Phone no want to boot.
I will try with miui kernel.

I dont know for wich phone is...but i am in desire forum...And the chef recomended wildmonks

Tried flashing this ROM, using the wildmonk kernel does not seem to want to boot. Just stays at the HTC logo screen. I tried flashing another kernel that works with MIUI rom and it boots fine.
Though the ROM is nice and all, like closing animation transistion but cant seem to get full theming for SMS\phone applying. It seems to incorporate Miui-dev UI theming that is hardcoded. Anyway, great rom at the end but not my cup of tea.

There is no rom but desire hd that supports internet passthrough.

This rom with the attached kernel is awesome. My battery seemed to be controlled well, lasting much longer than on others I have tried. With the smooth windows that flip flawlessly and the many options to customize this is a brilliant rom. Stuck the gorgeous blue Android 3 theme on it and its perfect Having been a MIUI user in the past, this is a nice piece of work. Great job!!!!

well the stock dtlkda was the best stock rom I used so then I thought if I added some tweaks it would run even smoother. But for short its smoother then most custom roms and has some usefull apps installed so you can manage ram use.

I been around here for awhile and i learn a couple of things, like how to mod a rom to make it faster, harder and stronger
Right Now i had a tweaked version of Ms2Ginger to be published and i named GINGERSPEED.

green lens if not supported by default, you will have to install greenbread mod after install this ROM.
"hardware acceleration active by default", means that every app is render by hwa, make it the overall performance more smooth and quick responsive.
I will post links in 30 minutes from now ( i had and stupid error in updater script at zip, and I'm going to fix it)

It's stock theme and, as I remember- stock launcher. This ROM is simply highly customizable. Explore CM settings I can share this nice wallpaper.

You go to setting -> CyanogenMod setting -> tablet tweaks and select " botton status bar". This rom is very good, fast , stable and longlife battery.
