Notice how Richard used Paul's initial post on FRF83 on MoDaCo to update his DeFroST ROM
Paul's also had to get his online kitchen ready so you can make your own ROMs (and r19 is out btw)

me too... an AOSP rom would be nice... no themes... could add cyanogenmod theme engine if preferred...

So far this is just like Cryberts ROM or broodROM RC1.

yep, that's why we need a ROM with new things else every new rom will be the same

I will look into different things for this rom. Already began with an AOSP base, tho that will take some time since most of it aint really stable. Need to manually install all base apps and edit build.prop to let the market and most official apps work, but i will keep u updated and will post the (normal) rom when its finished.

Battery saving ROM would be nice.

Right. I tried simply pushing the apps to system/app/, unfortunately, but like expected, it didn't worked neither.

Nevertheless, nice to see a new rom appear - AOSP would definitely make a big difference. Was still thinking of building it myself, but have never built AOSP stuff yet, and no time to figure out how to setup the full build environment

Meizu's FLYME OS 4.5.4.3 now available to Mi4c

Always looking for news I came across a nem rom available to our babies...
Happens that I was curious to know how it is the flyme OS (Meizus OS) and to be honest... I like it's simplicity...
It's based on 5.1.1 but it's snappy, everything seems to work just fine (even flashlight)...
Just search on google for Flyme OS mi4c and you'll get a few places to download...
I flashed it a couple of hours ago and till now runs smoothly... no lag, no bugs...
NICE!!!!

the latest version is 4.5.4.5 and it fixes some bugs ,
you can download it at miuiforums china

what is latest build date? i founded 29.01.2016 but i can not know to download which one.

Would be nice if someone could keep developing this rom...
to 6.0... I just love it... Love the cam interface, the battery life looks promising...
Overall it looks like it was made for this phone...

I try. Battery avarage. Rom is fast all function working but language not full. I think %50 turkish %50 english. I try for a while.

I don't really know buddy how to add multi language support. For now it's good for that install without problem

Apparently a leaked build has surfaced, I didn't tested it and couldn't find any other thread/source about it. It could be a joke until verified.

There is a youtube video overview of build Q beta 5 by Munchy. See if that helps, looks like enhanced PE rom.
"First Look | Poco F1 Android Q Beta 5 | Android Q DP5 Poco F1"

It's a port but much more stable than previous GSIs. And it has everything included in the zip file so you don't have to flash any fixes or anything. It works fine. Not official tho. I guess any official Q build for Poco will be MIUI based.

Can all stop asking VoLTE fix for 1 day?
There isn't VoLTE fixed yet and probably will not be fixed until final release or devs start android Q for Poco. Be patient and use MIUI until the final release. lol

Its based on Erfans Q gsi , 9.6.27 poco vendor and various other fixes. Its stock android not memeui. Its pretty stable so far . Only bug is VOLTE. The devs cant fix it since systemframework cant be decompiled since apk tool has no support for API 29 aka android Q.

Things that are not working with this rom:
-Ir cam (face unlock works but uses the normal front cam so it doesn't work in the dark)
-Volte
Ps. Battery life seems short on this rom

Guys plz help! I can't flash any other room on my phone since i installed this rom, whichever rom i try it gets stuck in bootloop, i have tried everything even tried erasing the memory of my phone but no use,the only tom i can use it is miui. Plz help
