[REQ ][THEME] Wp7 revolution theme from Fascinate

Just saw the wp7 theme for the Fascinate, and it looks pretty awesome. It looks like it would be a pretty in depth theme.... but I don't know much about it. It would be awesome if someone could port it for us!

+1 would like to see this....
this seems like a pretty good idea. +1
I'd like to see this to!

This is a sfc theme. Just follow dfgas instructions for deleting the file out of it in the sfc thread. You can likely even do this straight from your phone with root explorer. There really shouldn't be any porting to do.

I flashed this deleting the framework jar file. Everything works except the launcher isn't windows. Maybe I'm missing something.....just wanted to test it out.

I wondered. I read through it to see if that was the case, but clearly I didn't read close enough lol thanks for clearing that up

Does anyone think they could get the gb launcher by Eugene 373 from the market and take the wallpapers out of it? I dont use them, nor really want them. And if anybody could do this for launcher 2 (the froyo one), you will recieve a cookie. Thanks in advance

I'm using go launcher ex -I love the way the app drawer is organized, but recently after some update is started freezing from time to time...so I'm looking for a new one.

There is a thread similar to this in the themes section with some valuable input.

tried searching for it and didn't find anything relevant - can you please post a link?
10x
You sure you're on the latest update?
I use go launcher also, and have no problems.
I even uninstalled tw, and go launcher is my only launcher.
If you have titanium backup pro, try freezing tw, and see if that stops the issues you're having.

I'd be especially careful when freezing TW. Make sure that you NEVER delete your launcher, because if you do even accidentally, you're screwed.
I did that once. Whole damn screen stayed black. I was trying out several launchers and was using sbp shell and did not like it. I messed around not paying attention and deleted it before switching default launchers. For like a half hour I just kept hitting buttons and through the grace of god got the little use this by default pop up for my launchers. I must say the whole experience sucked.

That sucks. I usually delete tw and what ever launcher comes with my custom roms because I love zeam launcher. I never encountered a tw related problem though

Same here, tw gets uninstalled as soon as I make sure go launcher is working properly.
I just freeze it for a couple days, and if nothing happens, I just smack that uninstall button!

Any way to disable notification bar clock?

Like the title says, is there any way through a theme, uot kitchen or rom that allows the clock in the top right to be disabled?
I don't like the redundant look of a clock widget ala minimalist text and having a clock in the top right corner as well.

Hmm, if I recall the Bionix Inifinity ROM had the clock disabled. You might wanna contact the dev of that ROM for some help.
Edit: here's the thread....

2nd that, never thought of that before but i'll look around might want to remove mine as well
I'm gonna do some digging, and maybe pm author of bionix. I'm a total newb to programming so we shall see.

Im running the apex rom with hellraiser and you can disable the clock. Figured id mention it as an option.

With launcher pro, I just found you can disable the whole notification bar when on home screen if that also helps anybody who wants to achieve this goal
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997R using XDA App
Yeah but im just looking to disable the clock as the rest of the bar is useful but the clock is redundant with the widgets I use

Task Manager

How can I get the stock task manager back? I'm using VB final
Sent from my SGH-T959V using XDA App
Here is a guide how to push the .apk:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1472033
Here is where you can find the .apk to push:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=22603128&postcount=3
This is a topic that has been thoroughly discussed and you could have found the answer to if you looked.
dude, you can be simple.
Just find some JobManager.apk and push it to /system/app from any KJ6 build.
Since raver removed support from the framework though, I would suggest you push an older framework-res.apk as well. This will allow you to hold the home button and in recent apps, you will be able to hit "Task Manager". Otherwise you will always have to go to your launcher to open it.
@airfluip1: I linked him the .apk and directions.
Cool, thanks guys. I looked for a thread like this but didn't find anything and the search gave me random topics lol. Anyways thanks again

Just download the Swype Beta Installer.

You should use swiftkey. If you don't mind touch typing it's the best keyboard out there.
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.touchtype.swiftkey.phone.trial
You know, I use SwiftKey and I recommend it, though I kinda missed swype so I dled it (I'm already registered at their website) but after installing all I get is force closes. I guess VB final is really that different from official roms.

I'm using Swype beta, haven't had one problem with it.
