I have shootme for root which is fine besides the fact I can't screen shot a section of a video I have on my phone. It tells me something about the sdcard and when I look in my pictures all I see is a black picture. Any idea of a salution or alternative app

What do u mean vertical? U mean like after the photo is taken it shows sideways?

Instead of turning the phone sideways to take pics you could do it verticaly sort of like the iPhone

the app may not turn but it still takes them in that orientation
Does yours save the picture in that orientation when I take a pic with the phone vertical it is sideways in the gallery

You can rotate the image in the gallery.
Anyways, I remember there being a miui camera app floating around. i wonder if it will work on this device.
Hello everyone. I am using Trigger ROM and have taken screen shots using the power menu option. And when I try to upload to xda it tells me its not s supported format. Even though it is a png. What gives?

I guess in order to upload it on XDA, you need to have the pics in .jpg format.

Well I thought that might be the case. But on the website it says it supports png. Hmmm...oh well. Is there an app that will convert pics to different formats?

Myphotosconverter is the only one I've been able to find. It doesn't have the most intuitive UI but it gets the job done.
Can anyone help me figure out why my pictures don't show up when I try adding a picture to my homescreen? It worked fine before ans then all of a sudden, it stopped working. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi guys,
Anyone else having issues with uploading PNG images from their phone to this app? JPG's upload fine but the native screenshot of my velocity is PNG and the app won't do it?
What do you guys do? Do you convert your screenshots or is my phone special?

I couldn't upload PNG files too, so just installed an app called Shoot Me which took screenshots in JPG's. Just look on the Play Store for a screenshot app that saves in JPG format. Simple
