New Sirius Xm App

Anyone having problems getting this to work? I downloaded the new apk this morning and the stations are trying to acquire an internet connection forever. Just want to see if its me or if its a wide spread problem.

nope seems to be working for me immediately, id suggest uninstall/reinstall

Question,
What ROM and Kernel are you using?

This works on wifi for me but not 3G....

No issues here. I'd uninstall and reinstall.

cr*p im using sr3.1 sense and I can't get it to work on 3G. I have removed and re-installed with no luck. What Rom and kernel are you using?

Right in my sig, using the kernel that came with my rom.

Added screenshot to the OP. I'm on t-mo and it shows "My apps" where the blog post shows t-mo.

A few ppl are getting fc w/ cm. Its being looked at.

Does not work on latest cm6.1 nightly.

I didn't need to flash or even reboot, I just opened the .apk from the zip and then chose to "Upgrade"... then the market took a few seconds to load, and now I have the new market!

Installing the vending APK worked great for me too (running Uncommon sense). I'd recommend trying to install the APK before attempting a flash via recovery.
Here's a re-post of just the apk, extracted from the zip.

Got the new market working on cm nightly 177. After I flashed the file I cleared data and cache in the market app under settings and it works fine.

According to Engadget the Netflix app was released for the N1 today but since I am running a desire rom it's not showing up for me. Can someone post the apk file please

Yeah after I downloaded the one you linked too, and after that didn't work I uninstalled and tried the desktop market and it did the same thing would start to load and cycle back

Are you using Cyanogen 6 per your sig. on the Nexus One to get this working?

Just flashed back to cyanogen mod 7.0.3, and it works great! No more regrets leaving my iphone again every time I leave the iphone go back to android I miss netflix not anymore

EDIT: Works with Latest Kangorama SP2 which is basically CM 7.0.3

I'm on a sense Rom too experiencing the looping. It won't play, I guess it needs to see nexus one in the build.prop

Wouldn't work for me with the TestSense ROM but Kangorama which is CM 7.0.3 works

There is not a version officially built for the Thunderbolt. This has been an issue for a long time.

Yes, there is. It was included in the last official OTA the ThunderBolt received. Not only that, it has been updated in the market since the OTA and the update works fine. Added a new animation to the loading arrows.

Yeah if you're rooted and on GB, you do not have a working MyVerizon. Mine won't let me download it from the market.
Maybe I should have been more specific.

yeah you said official so I was just making sure people knew there was an official version for the TBolt. It's actually bloat now with the latest OTA.

Yeah I'm sure once they release the official GB update, MyVerizon will be supported on our ROMs. Kind of sucks because that's how I paid my bill before. Now I have to go online or use the phone system.
Ease of use FAIL!

MyVerizon and GB Roms
I have tested MyVerizon apk on multiple GB roms and the only one that it hasn't worked on is Synergy. This sucks because i have grown to love Synergy Rom the best. I hope they are able to figure out the issue.

I've only been able to get it to work on Sky Raiders latest preview. Everyone has had different experiences I'm sure. I personally will be glad when it works across the board.

anyone have any ideas when their goin to put out a GB version of it, cuz like the guy earlier. thats how i paid my bill, watched my minute usage and such.

The thing I don't like is there is no Family plan support in their app.

what does this file do?
The newest my verizon will install on my phone, but fc's upon opening. I have working nfl app. Using xpacks nosense rom (sense based)

Most custom roms are missing the Verizon single sign on which is the app that my Verizon uses to authenticate itself.

I have that, but the app still force closes. Weird thing is, it shows my balance behind the FC warning. It is connecting.
Same thing with verizon video, you can open it and browse videos, but only some videos play.

This didn't do anything but make it not work at all it worked on gingeritis b4 they updated the my Verizon app

This is the file that made it work for me on uberbamf the old my Verizon app worked before with out but when the update came it said was missing the login client. This should only work with the latest my Verizon and I also beleive that may have to clear the cache and data on the app.

my verizon and the nfl mobile will omly work on a rom that includes what it takes to log in to "my verizon profile",just copying the vzwsso engine and ssopermission only works for a while.the it times out, the only rom I know of that prompts you to login after starting one of the apps is the bamf 2.3,find out what adr left in that rom and you find your fix,i dont know what to look for,but so far I have been thru 8 roms in 2 days to find one that nfl mobile worked on.

NFL mobile works fine for me but the newest myverizon force closes. This using cleantheory based on 2.11.

Make a backup of your messaging app, then replace it with this one. Will take about 5 minutes to know if it works, rather than waiting for an answer.

When u Try to download it says it downloads successfully but i can't find it any where on my phone, If i click on open after the dl it says file type not supported?

Because it's a .zip. Unzip it and it'll be in there.

I have no issues sending and receiving mms. Just tried it and it works just fine. Do you have your APN setup correctly? Is your RIL matching your baseband?

I had the same issue too, backed up old mms reinstalled and MMS works again, im on the phone with tmobile as I type to see if they can get it working with the updated black .apk if not its back to stock for me

How did you guys installed the Black MMS? Did you flash it under Recovery or did you just replaced the apk file? Did you clean the cache, Dalvik cache and fix permissions?
