Can not seem to find Googles Talk app on the market. Was wondering if i was the only one..?
You can download the suite of Google apps from CM (towards the bottom of the page)
Where is GTalk?
Does anyone have any idea where the heli is GTalk app?
Had it in my ZTE BLADE but now in GT-I9001 can't find it in the PLAY
ROM Iam using is BroodROM BE
Use Google plus, it has messenger
Also use the questions and answers part of the forum, this may be not the right place

Hey guys I was reading my Google reader and realized that Google just released the orkut app for Android after all. So I searched in Market on my N1 but it is not in the market. I thought it was bcoz i was running custom ROM and searched it again on my HTC Hero and HTC G1. But unsuccessful, is it bcoz I am in Canada or they never released in here..
Can any one upload the apk file for orkut from their devices if available

I went into my downloads section of the market, found maps, clicked on the part where you can see more apps from the developer & it appeared for me

Hi I am also looking for this but on my froyo nexus one I can't find it in the market but my friend using the official market he installed using market4archos can on his archos 5. Anyway sureshg's link is now dead. Could either sureshg or someone elese upload an apk or link to one please. Also of anyone knows why I cant find it and/or when (if ever it will be available from the market for me?
I got android on my htc touch pro 2 cdma, by means of a "pro launcher 2.1 CAB"..but i can't seem to sign into my google account or get a new one (google account)..therefore i can't download apps because when time i try to download apps my phone asks me to sign into my google account. Before posting this, i search everywhere for similar posts, but i found none. So if there is a similar pls direct me there, if not pls help me.

I just did a Google search for this problem and was extremely disappointed..so I figured I'd check with the great minds here at xda...
My girlfriend got a transformer for Christmas...and she has an HTC desire z...both devices are listed on her Android market account...
However when she started get tablet for the first time...most of her apps from her phone were already installed...and now when she searches the market for apps...it doesn't show certain apps from the market designed for tablets (specifically the weather network app..which I have on my tablet...not the weatherstrip one but the TWN one..)
I tried to share it via gmail but when she clicks the link..she gets the "app is incompatible with your device"in her tablet....
Is ether any way to bypass this or change some settings somewhere so that she can download it??
Like I said...I can see it and download it...we have the same versions and same settings..

I'm trying to get the old google voice search to work on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (n9005). Here's a link to the app in question.
Edit: I'm apparently not allowed to post links since I'm a relatively new member. If you search for "Voice Search" on Google Play, you'll see it.
I dislike the new google voice search and I'd prefer to revert to this. Sadly, even though I did manage to successfully install the app after rooting and removing the newer version, I can't get the voice commands to work. I've done a number of google searches on the subject and I can't find anything helpful. I already have the language set to US English.
Any thoughts?

I recently upgraded to the S7 (from 1st gen Moto G lol) and loving it. It serves as a work phone, mainly for contacts, spreadsheets and navigation.
I therefore have two questions:
1) links to either google drive or google sheets implemented in my contacts are always initially opened by a built in browser based on the Samsung Internet app. It's a real pain to have to click through 4 menu's to finally have the sheet open. I reset defaults of all apps involved many a time. Any suggestions?
2) is there any way to force Google Now navigation voice commands to directly open Waze instead of Google Maps navigation?
Sorry if those questions arose somewhere else already, a quick forum search did not reveal any similar topics to me.
