[Q] Sharing my internet connection with moto D2G

Hello ,
I'm new to this Moto D2G and android ! I'm in need of using my laptop ADSL connection with D2G using USB ! i don't have wifi to begin with to make my laptop a hotspot. Is there any possible way of sharing it with my phone ?? please share it with meeee ..................
I'm using Vista and phone has Android 2.2

I've tried the reverse tether app and also the tool and no luck so far. I'm running PA build 7 I'm just wondering if anyone has been able to get it to work and how they did it any help would be appreciated thanks.

It comes down to drivers. Most USB Modems do not have native support.
I use my phone to tether via BT/WiFi. The second sure fire way is to use MiFi (3G to WiFi).
You can try the app PPP Widget, but no guarantees. Bit is your best bet.

Hi dude,
In my office i have a wifi connection but it cant connect in phones it only works on laptop with some mail id and password. so that i tried tethering method to get internet connection from laptop to my android device. but i'm not expert to do this. pls someone help me how to use tethering and is this possible to connect first.
my device is sony tipo

[Completed] [Q] Bluetooth internet connection on Android 4.2.1

Hi there,
I have Gigabyte GSmart Maya M1 v2, and WiFi is broken, so I want to connect to internet using bluetooth. In settings I have option to share Internet via bluetooth and it works perfectly, but I haven't option to connect to internet using bluetooth. I have root and Xposed. Can anyone help me please?

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. You can not connect to wifi with bluetooth. You can only connect to another device and share its wifi connection.
