hi all i have strange problem in my HTC HD7 loaded with latesat firmware
i have wifi access and it works fine i can download and check email and all fine
but when i want to watch youtube videos i get erorr msg saying something like : u cant access now if you are conected with zune disconect and try again
the strange thing is when i connect to 3G from sim i am able to play youtube videos very easy
i use many softwares for youtube includind the one by MS no luck

Hi everyone, i have 2 problems with my HTC TOuch HD.
the first one is:
when i try to play a recorded video on my PC it doesnt play any sound. By this i mean videos recorded with my HTC. On the phone they play perfectly, but not on my PC... Anyone knows about this? i tried to search similar problems in the forum but with no succes (and i have to admit that im a bad searcher).
The second (problem):
i don't know if this is a problem or not, but it's more like a question. Isn't there any fix for the youtube app? the only way i can enjoy a full screen video on youtube is when im on WiFi (because that is the only moment i change the setting to High Quality)...isn't there any fix that lets you play full screen video's on even when on a 3G band and without having to change the settings to HQ? (when on 3G it takes ages to load)

even i have a lot of problems with htc touch hd...the first one being even though my memory card is installed in the phone...there r no songs in my library of htc music....the second one being when i connect my phone to the pc it doesnt show any sub folders present in the storage card
I have been using the YouTube app since I got the phone and have been impressed. However when I used it today I notice that it is no longer producing preview pictures for the videos. To the left of the screen it used to generate a picture of the video, today however all I get is a dark grey box with a white TV symbol.
I have been playing around with the phone a lot, so thought it might have been something I'd done or installed, however I have done a hard reset and it is still happening.
Is this something to do with my phone or the YouTube service?
Anyone got any ideas?
I got the same problem. The first week it displayed the photo`s, but now ( the second week ) it wont display the pictures anymore...
my youtube just doesn't wok full stop. every time i start it, it just says '' there is no network connection right now, please try again later
any suggestions?

I have the same problem with the preview pictures, so i guess the problem is on the youtube server side..
For the connection problem:
go to settings > connections > connections > "adjust my proxy server " or something like that. (mijn proxy server instellen in dutch)
Try turning off /removing the proxyserver there. (i had this problem with the preinstalled vodafone proxyserver. I removed it and everything works now)

Same for me, only worked for the first few days now I do not get the preview and I am not using a proxy server my connection is through wifi
I've tried reloading t-mobs settings and everytime i load youtube it still tells me that it has no network connection
i've tried having the phone using the automatic proxy setting and tried with it off (having it off is the only way that Msn will work as well, when i had it on, msn said there was no connection. so i guess it was something to do with that, however it wasn't)
should i try to reinstall youtube app? if so, where do i get the CAD?
ahhh soo annoying, really want to start hitting youtube when i have free time in class but no luck
This and the battery are the only faults i'm having with the TD2 (battery is still just as bad as the TD.
I carried out a hard reset and still found youtube previews not working.
me too ! no previews with Duttys HD 3.0 youtube player . I went back to youtube player v 1.6, without success, still no preview . Does anybody have the last version 2.5 wvga as a cab file to return back to the latest version, please ? Thank you.

Same here, it stopped working after a few days but just now I tried again & its working. Weird
Not so weird if it was something at Google's end that was the problem and they now fixed it. It's been reported on the HD forum to so not linked to the TD2.
Can confirm mine working too now.... thought it was something to do with T-mobile but was obviously 'booble'.

I have had no problems with the youtube app running at all. The thing with the pictue of the video not showing is due to it not fully loading. Bad reception I guess. Happened when I had like 2 bars.
I'm on T-mobile US so only have edge and it's worked pretty well. App works better than on my Elfin.
I also confirm it's back again today
hi guys, I decided to start a new thread cause I've been looking for quite a while without result...
I put the new htc ROM 1.48 on my vodafone hd2, everything works reallywell. I can surf the net with 3g but cannot connect to messenger or receive emails. I get an error message like "either the service doesn't work or you're out of coverage". Everything's setup well cause that works with the WiFi. I tried to reinstall messenger and windows live, hardreset, rezetup connection but nothing helped.
do you have any clue??

the message appears just after having selected to synchronise mails, when checking internet connectivity: "there was a problem signing you in to messenger. It may be the service or you may be in a place with bad reception..."

I had the same problem, and discovered that my password was too long. I have made my password shorter on my pc , and I could simply log in.
I have HTC touch pro2 model T7380 windows phone 6.5 I bought it last december ..The First problem is when i use Facebook app is all ok but when i try to installed a new updated facebook app now is not connect ..its always say no connect .and the other problem is some application dont work need a connection but i have a strong wifi connection in my house example the instant messenger, MARKETplace NFL mobile LIVE, sprint TV and OTHERs dont connect :crying:..the only application that connect is youtube, opera, IE and the weather is ok .. I TRY TO FACTORY RESET IT BUT STILL cant connect it always say youre not connected in Internet ..can u please help me with this problem thanks in advance :good: sorry for english

Hello everyone, i got my xperia C not too long ago and i updated it to the latest available software right after i got it (16.0.B.2.16 is my current build number)
The phone is working just fine except for one issue that is google chrome, 1st lemme put this clear while using WIFI this issue does not exist and it works just fine, anyway Chrome on mobile network connection however is a different story, it doesnt work properly, for example whenever i try to go to any website it loads for a long time and i end up getting a server not available message or unable to load or whatever, and i know for a fact that it has nothing to do with my mobile connection as other apps work just fine including Opera browser which opens whichever website i want right away, however some of the apps that are influenced by google chrome ( or at least i think so coz they r mostly affected by the same issue on mobile network ) like youtube or playstore and sometimes even facebook app ( not the messenger app that one works just fine ) and its been nagging me badly
I understand that simply by using opera my browsing issue is solved but again like i said i believe that some apps are influenced by chrome in one way or another or they r just simply affected by the same issue ( including skype which is extremely unstable like chrome on cell connection but works just fine on WIFI) so i cant just let that issue be as i need chrome to be working properly
Also note that whenever i open a hotspot for someone their chrome browser and all other apps work just fine so iam sure that my issue has nothing to do with mobile coverage or internet configuration settings, another thing, my brother has same xperia C unit and his browsing is just fine however he hasnt updated to the latest firmware ( i dont know whether that issue existed before the update or not as i updated the phone right after i got it before i could put anything to test)
so here are some things that i tried to fix this:
restarting phone, didn't work
factory reset, didn't work
updating chrome, didn't work, removing the update didn't work
uninstalling opera, didnt work
basically nothing works and i really need to get chrome working properly, thanks for reading and i hope anyone can help me fix it as its really bothering me.
Try disabling auto sync and/or removing your Google account from Chrome [don't log in during initial setup].
