[Q] HELP needed: How to change HTC J Butterfly model id / MID ?

Hello
Please note that my ADB USB is not working.
Fastboot USB is OK.
I have TWRP recovery installed.
Is there anyway to change the model id / MID.

[Q] HTC One V [GSM] stuck when boot with unlocked bootloader , S-ON , no recovery

My htc one v stuck on booting up and just stopped at "htc one" logo
Please help! Here is some information :
1- I have an unlocked bootloader version 1.18.00 S-ON
2- I just can go to bootloader - I can't access into system ( It's stuck )
3- I have no recovery installed
4- When I use adb it says "error : device offline" and when I use new version of adb it says " adb failed to start . killing"
5- I can't flash recoveries , roms or kernels as it's S-ON
Any suggestions?

htc one a9 doesnt accept any rom...

my htc one a9 was on sprint...it does not run the sim...so i chnged its mid and cid to unlocked usa and flashed offical ruu for unlocked us from official website...now it boots normally nd thn show htc logo saying "unknown error in reader" i tried to flash rom again of us,sprint etc but it accepts none and i can't change cid and mid cz it does nt accept adb commands....kindly help me..plzzz
it goes to recovery,bootloader,download mode but there is an error going in fastboot mode..

HTC A9S brick / zero options

Hello, i have a very difficult situation.
Bootloop in HTC logo. Cant get into download mode or recovery mode ( both black screen and nothing more )
fastboot always in " waiting for device " on all of my 3 PC's.
What i can do ? Any ideas ?

Fastboot se my device only in bootloader mode.. what i can do from that ?

I bricked my HTC u11, need helps please!!

i bought a HTC u11 with leeDroid 8.0 installed, CID HTCCN701, MID 2PZC40000.
then i followed this guide to change CID https://forum.xda-developers.com/u11/how-to/how-to-change-cid-s-sunshine-t3888170
after that it completly dead. It shows fastboot on my PC but i cannot flash anything except hosd_signed.img
No Download mode, no recovery.
fastboot flash show
Not allowed on PRODUCTION device
Tried RUU.exe but it no recognized my phone.
please help me and sorry for my bad english
