[THEME] I've found a decent theme for FroYo...

I took no part in the making of this theme!! It is the handy work of 928Droid!!
I love the features of 2.2, but I not really fond of the stock look so I did some searching and found a pretty nice theme. It was originally made for the Droid but with very minor tweaks will work on the Nexus.
Download MetaMorph version Here in the first post.
Use the MetaMorph version and don't apply the services sub-theme and it should work perfectly.
Grab a services.jar from another Nexus theme and push it to system/framework so you will have the white clock and notifications.

Looks cool! Very sleek.

A port of the Black Glass theme he did would be much appreciated!
I wanted to install it but I didnt think it would work on my nexus.

Bump'd it. Links up. I MM'd this on top of Kang-O-Rama froyo. Worked fine. FC loop when it got to "phone". If this happens to you, just reboot, go back to MM and start where it left off...skipping "services"

How to change the location of the file on which theme is applied.
For instance, how to change the path from /system/app to /data/app?

Hi, Im part of the development crew at Hyperdroid series for the HD2....as you may well know, we like minimalistic themes.....
Well, with pongster's permission and the continous help the the beta test team, Ive learned a lot, here is a semi-port of the framework (themed) just like GBX.....
Hope you enjoy them....
I expect to be perfecting apk's, framework, etc.......I do have a little experience although I have even more experience at java hacking cm7 ..

Im sorry to all of you, got activated yesterday cause of the earthquake....
teaching...sure, although im not a master themer.....
The theme is a flashable zip file....just flash on clockwork mode recovery...thats it...
and yes, its for gingerbread 2.3....
im sorry, got to get some sleep now.....

holding power button causes the tab to reboot. notification bar has lots of problems as well.. long way more from being complete..

I am not advertising....im sharing....im not selling, i dont want donations, not even a thanks is required.....As i said, i did this on a rush to share with everyone.....excuse me for not posting screenshots (uploading now), I wouldn't flash a "theme" without screenshots either ....

not really had a chance to completly trough! but went through hdpi found the file i needed and renamed my files accordinly hope it helps! let me knows if its o.k and how to help in future

This zip file does'nt update the theme, i tried to install it via cwm. Is i right?

I don't think so. well, not to sound like a jerk or an asshole, but if im right, we're a community and the ore we work together the better right? its open source, so this is a good thing for the SK overall, i dont think you did anything bad, cause you gave him credit?..did that make sense?

True , & yeah true , +1 & Enjoy the theme it's really nice , I will be creating more expansion pack's & will be porting more theme's over soon , if you want to submit a theme that you like , i can try porting it for you .

For some reason it was the puzzle lock from sduvick so I'm gonna try again
Edit: it says it's flashing the puzzle lock screen from sduvick but it's definitely scarlet leftovers theme. Working great so far

Same..only thing that changed for me was the notfication bar color and the framework within it.
Edit: Should i reflash?

No, it should be right since it's just a theme and not an entire ui overhaul. I guess we'll have to wait for ayoteddy to be sure

this is only partially my theme. My theme for the Vibrant looks very different and much more blue as you can see in the original thead in the OP. i told fawks/rev that i was going to do the full port myself when he asked but by the time i sent that PM back to him he already released it here. so its sorta scarlet leftovers and sorta gingerclone/transgrey frozen.

Haha , Semiport . This is my first theme I actually ported & I used puzzle lock for flashable CWM file so it's mixed but it look's really nice with the icon's & blue theme on any ROM on the SK4G

i replied.. maybe it didnt go through
but anyways download and put on your sd card then just boot into recovery press intall from sd card then hit choose zip from sd card and find the zip and press it! then wipe dlavik and reboot!

I am Hieu, I have both the SK4G and Vibrant.
For the SK4G, I have the TouchWizMIUI v3.0 ROM and the Scarlet LeftOvers v6, however those dedicated buttons at the bottom screen didn't get modified from the theme.
The Vibrant, I have the CyanogenMod v7.1.0.1, and I couldn't flash any Scralet LeftOvers themes that I downloaded.
Could you please tell me what I could do to get those blue Scarlet LeftOvers theme showed in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=949691.

what should i call it? mod?.... there are some members that dont wanna deal with uot ,so its easier for them to download it. there are members who are modders, cookers, themers and tweakers and there are people who just download, flash and enjoy there x10s... u dig?

Apologies if you thought I was having a dig at you I wasnt....
It's just that I think people should be encouraged to do these things for themselves so that they can learn and be independent enough to make these individual changes to their own phone.
The more we seem to make these small kitchen tweaks seem something difficult and that only people who really know what they are doing are able to perform the more we make the x10 seem like an iPhone that only apple can change...
I thought the main advantage of android over iphone was that they are able to be customised by individuals and UOT kitchen makes it very straightforward for people to do this...
And with nandroid backups it doesnt matter it it doesnt work...you can always restore....
So, keep up the good work, this does look like the start of what could be a very good full theme, but dont forget that it helps to let others make these twaeks on their own...

yeah so as the title says can anyone make a mod for the ICS battery animation/mod that has the battery percentage inside of it? very more exactly like ThGo's one. thanks in advance!

Try the one on DonutHD they have one there although unsure how close to actual thing it is..
As far as i know its standard UOT so shud have no problems but try at ur own risk

yes sir i currently use DonutHD/ICS right now.. but that mod is not near close to the one on thgo's.. i wish someone would make that mod compatible for my favorite rom DonutHD/ICS.

battery icons
download rom, copy battery icons from framework-res/ drawable-hdpi, put it in your framework, flash with xrec. that's it.

thanks for the lovely tip my good sir, but i'm a noobie around here and all i know is to root, unlock lbl and to flash roms. no idea about framework-res, systemUI stuff, root explorer, adb push and some more tech terms that takes time to understand

This icons is just .png's in folder named Drawable-hdpi. If you use Total commander, you can copy theme directlly from there to any other location. You even don't need to rename it from .apk to .zip. If you do know all of this things, I'm sure that you can copy and paste in any computer OS. I use winXP.
