[Q] Bose MIE2 with G2x? - T-Mobile LG G2x

I have MIE2 but I found it doesn't play nice with LG Android phones (some eerie behavior or have music control problem) while Sennheiser MM60 is OK (play/pause and next).
Does anybody have same problem?

I have Sennheiser MM 550 working extremely nice...no problem at all

Stereo Bluetooth Problem

Hi, I have a Palm Treo 750 and an original jawbone bluetooth headset. I was wondering if there's a way for me to play music through my bluetooth headset? Thanks!
i highly doubt it, those types of bluetooth earpieces are designed specifically for talking and as far as i know do not support stereo sound.
if you want to listen to music through bluetooth headphones you have to go out and purchase a pair of MotorROKR S9 headphones
http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/s9/
i own a pair and they are wicked for listening to music, although i'm not a fan of the earbud types of headphones and if you don't have the right sized head they wont fit properly, however they do support stereo sound for music. another point about them, they suck for taking phone calls and talking with them, they pick up way too much background noise, i only use them for music.
The only other alternative would be the logitech type, which i believe are more expensive but same idea. and they're not earbuds which appeals to me, i only bought the motorola type cuz they had been reduced to half as much as i remembered them being when i used to work for best buy lol.
these are the logitech alternative (never used them so i don't know what they're like although i imagine they kick ass for listening to music)

Looking at the product info on the site, these do come with an adapter for any other music device with a jack plug-in that doesn't have built in bluetooth.

[Q] A2DP quality

Hi! I'm interested in buying the Desire Z, but I'm not familiar with the sound quality on A2DP headphones on Android. On WM there are settings like bitpool in the registry that can change the quality a lot, but as far as I read, there are no such settings on Android and the quality is really bad.
Is it true or is there a way to change some settings to improve quality? This is really important to me and I don't think I would be buying a phone that can't play my music properly.
My htc hero and car stereo utilizes A2DP perfectly, streaming audio to car speakers. Have not noticed any bad quality, not åk expert though
Sent from my HTC Hero using XDA App
Thank you for your reply, I'm hoping that I will be able to hear it myself sometime soon and see how it sounds.
Btw, have you had any disconnects and things like that?
I tested my jabra BT320s on a desire I have access to and the A2DP was spot on, it used the handsfree function aswell without issue pausing the music then carrying on after the call etc...
Am impressed, this was with stock tmobile UK firmware aswell.
Only personal experience
I have to say that when compared to Nokia N900 the a2dp sound quality doesn't seem to be as good. The music sounds somehow thinner. To make these comparisons I have used the same media files, same nokia bh-214 handsfree and same sennheiser mx550 headphones.
I hope it is possible to somehow tweak the a2dp sound quality since i think it's all a question of a2dp audio quality settings.
It has the be said though that in contrast to nokias bluetooth implementation the android one does handle switching from music to phone calls and back quite flawlessly.

[Android] Transfering incall volume to media volume?

I just recently bought a cassette to auxiliary cord for my car so i can play music from my captivate. On iphones the cassette to auxiliary players transfer all audio aspects of the phone to the car's speakers. On android phones it only transfers the media volume to the speakers. I'd like to be able to use my car's speakers to also play the in-call sound. I live in british columbia so it's illegal to be holding your phone while you drive and i dont really like sporting the blutooth's so this would be a nice alternative. Thanks if anyone can find an answer!

Poor bluetooth audio quality

When I'm paring my nexus with a2dp devices like headphones (bt620s) or car stereo (kia ceed 2015) sound quality is bad like I'm playing 32kbps mp3.
I've tryed to connect wife's iphone and it sounds great with no artifacts. Same with surface pro 2- no problems. Looks like google miss with bluetooth. I didnt find any solution on 4.4.4 or cm13.
I heard that change audio.a2dp.default could help but there is no versions for 5 or 6 android

Sound balance uneven with BT headphones

Does anyone else experience this? Read below.
I have a pair of Jabra elite 65t active and they sound fine when paired with phone. While playing from the watch the sound is favored to the left. Very annoying and I have no idea why this happens. The same thing happened to my Jabra elite sport 2.0 and possibly also bose soundsport free.
This would be easy to tackle with a nice equalizer - on the watch itself..... If there is any.
