Unless you intend to tweak it you should let it be imo. Imagine all the gibbons in 2,3 days from now trying to unbrink after formating /misc
You can do it on fastboot...

Recreate the problem while dumping logcat:
via adb:

Did you flash anything else?
Did you follow instructions to the T?

Not sure. May need to extract all from the factory image. I plan to look into after work.
Thx for the great rom,i flash the new vendor of j build, and now my phone says its outdated?
While Rom was flashing it didn't say it was J, it said it was Q. When booted up it says DM had stopped and vendor is out dated.

Excuse me, this is off topic but can i ask you to provide the vendor code for j1 3g if you have it? I am trying to build cm 11 from scratch because i am a newbie who just started but i can't seem to find vendor source. Thank you in advance!

Team Win Recovery Project 3.x, or twrp3 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. Its a fully touch driven user interface no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.
