Yes you should use English thanks
Are you a developer or just wanting to post a question in there?
Cheers.

I'm suffering from the same problem. I really need to post into the development section (just an important question) but I can't even though I have 10+ posts.

You shouldn't be posting questions in development anyway. That is why this is here.
Also, the 10 posts is only checked once per hour, so it takes upto an hour to get approved.
Don't post questions in dev though please.

Nah, you can't tell me it's welcome to start multiple threads just because you aren't allowed to ask questions in dev section, even if the question is dev-related...

Now, I know why can't can't post to development forums. After you sign up, you should post 10 posts and wait one day.

[Q] Question about Private Messaging...

I've sent PM to members posting on forums, but I get see them in my sent inbox and I never get any replies. I've tried to post on the thread forum but I don't have permission. Do I have to really post 10 messages here in order to get permission to ask questions in the regular forums?
Sorry I'm a noob, I usually search the forums to get answers and this is why I don't have many posts.

[Q] Isn't 10 post a little too much?

You DO NOT need to post in the Dev forum just to talk about a ROM. There is a perfectly adequate General forum and a Q&A forum which you can use.
Believe it or not, XDA was not created for you. It is a Development site for mobile phones and the Development forums are there for discussion of Development, bug fixes etc - not for you to say "Thanks" or to ask pointless questions that just clog up the thread and stop people from finding genuine information when they need to.
Reported.
As far as your thoughts for the 10 post rule:

Its not a massive restriction and to provide 10 useful/helpful posts is not hard.

If you read the rules of XDA you would find out what constitutes a 'Senior Member' - and it is not simply joining up then not actively contributing to the forum.

Different problem. You DO NOT need to post in the Development forum just to ask a question (use the device Q&A forum) or say 'Thanks' (Use the button provided. Reported
you have to have 100+ posts to do this.
You have 50, which means you can't be one.

"junior member"... (whatever that means)

i am a new xda-developer member but i can't post in developer because i am a "junior member"? how can i get pass this "junior member" restrictions fast? because i have solid (kind of) important (for windows users/developers) info about windows 8. i am a developer myself.
Go to Q&A and answer 10 quick qestions. They can't be just bs posts as mods will audit them before you are allowed to post in the dev section.

You need to have 10 useful and helpful posts to be able to post in Development related forums
You are restricted from posting in Development Related ROM forums because your posts were deleted by moderators and hence your post count reduced from 10 to 5
Try and make the other 5 posts as useful and helpful posts and then you will be able to post in Development related ROM forums.
cheers.
