Flashing!
Use either Amon RA or clockworkmod Recovery < also available via rom manager from the market.
if you want A2SD+ Ensure your SD Card is Partitioned with FAT32 & an EXT3 partition
Nandroid Backup
Full wipe Only required if coming from a non Froyo rom (but always recommended)
Flash Rom (you may need to toggle signature verifacation)
Flash Radio (unless you already have it)
Reboot (this may take a few mins on the initial boot)
Optional Flash your chosen theme
A2SD+
Moves apps & Dalvik cahche to your SD card
Lots of free internal memory!
You will be required to format you SD card with 2 partitions as laid out below
Partitioning your SD Card ready for A2SD+
Backup all data on you SD card (this will be wiped)
The card should be formatted with your standard FAT32 partition 1st followed by an EXT2/3 partition (I would recommend 512mb, EXT4 is also supported but may shorten the life of you SD card)
Linux users use GParted or a similar software.
For everyone else I would recommend using Rom Manager
Once you have downloaded ROM manager from the market, open the app and click partition SD Card, Select your EXT size and set 0mb for swap
Restore your data to your SD and the job is done.
FrOyO A2SD
Moves apps to your Fat32 partition (SD)
No EXT partition is required
Use "Mod Install Location" (included) to change you default install location.
please note, not all applications support direct install to your SD, you can install these and then move them via Sttings > Applications > Manage Applications
Possible issues and solutions
Maps does not show as installed in the market > go to Setting > Applications > all > and clear data & cache in market.
I Cant update some of the preinstalled apps even though they are in /data Remove them via Settings > applications, then install them from the market.
No mobile internet > go to Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > APN then clear defaults, if your settings dont install just enter them manually
I cant see some of the applications that come with the rom >If these are supposed to be included in the rom but do not show up, Try a full wipe
I have lost my clockwork recovery update.zip from my sd > Here it is,just drop it on your SD.

have a fast question: is htc navigator ( position)included in the rom? i've flashed the rom but no app found!
Some problems with the interface, when you receive an unknown call and you want to save to contacts the buttons are all cramped.
but these screens are not from the new sense, are they?
many trials HTC logo appears and then restarts

I posted on the old thread but thought it best to move it to here. Basically I cant get this to work I get a boot loop.
Im 100% sure have a EXT3 partition (created it using rom manager premium).
I am also using the latest radio.
Using clockwork mod I did wipe/data/factory reset then wipe cache partition and then from advanced, wipe Dalvik Cache and then Wipe Battery stats.
But to be sure I did what you mentioned, redownloaded the zip as well to be sure, flashed it tried to boot and got the boot loop.
Booted back to recovery flashed the radio back, then when it rebooted still stuck in the bootloop.
I hope someone else can post the logcat logs as im in work atm so cant do it as the work computer is locked down and cant install anything on it to do the logcat.

Neo the Laputa you deleted wasn't the reader, right?Because I've tried to install the HTCLaputa.apk and the system installs the HTC Navigator! The Htc reader is installed by default with the rom.

Notes: *Read this part!!
The ext partition should not be bigger then 2.0GB, bigger can cause problems with market.
RCS Touch v2.1 D2WE uses melethrons data2whatever script v0.2e, it needs one extra partition in any format the kernel is supporting. Kernel in RCS Touch support ext2/3/4.
RCS Touch v07 D2EXT uses ownheres data2ext v8.2 script, recommended partition layout is:
Fat + 1GB Ext4 + 0.3GB Ext4 + 0.1GB Swap
The first boot takes long time due the data2ext setup process, it stays on the first splash screen (why so serious or htc) for couple of minutes, stay calm
Overclock with SetCpu, Overclock widget seems not working... at least for me
There may be some slowdowns at the begining due the rom is restoring and syncing all apks and settings.
If you have problems installing the rom, try to repartition your sd card, make a full wipe and try to install it again.
Restoring a titanium backup may cause some FC, use with caution.

Included Smartass governor, thanx erasmux for that hi man! SD read fix, thx frankoid and Lzma, thx snq-.
Lzma means smaller boot.img, should help with the write boot.img issue.
Now the kernel is capable to go up to 1305MHz for real (thanks snq- for pointing out previous bug). Previous roms showed 1305.6 but was in fact just 1113 MHz.
So be cautious when overclocking, my device is stable up to 1190(~1800 quadrant), over that it hangs or reboots.

Really itching to give this a shot, but I am forced to wait. I've been using cm7 hboot ROMs and love the speed and kinda take preference to cm7 versions.
