I have a T-mobile HTC HD2 and I want to get the Wi-Fi router from the unlocked ROM, I am not interested in unlocking it, I just want the ROM. How could I download it?

No, network unlocking is not necessary for rooting/installing custom ROMs.
I want to take a stock rooted rom and remove the carrier information. I cooked this rom but, I cant find the files to remove the carrier branding under menu/settings. I want to remove it from this menu. I have an HTC Inspire 4g. The same Phone as the HTC Desire HD. I know I can flash a debranded rom, but I want to be able to debrand a rom myself. Thanks for anyhelp.

I have an HTC HD2 and I have had it unlocked to any network, I am now on O2 from T-Mobile.
I want to know if I update the Rom with the legit one from the HTC website, will the phone still be unlocked, or does it revert it back to the original network?

You are fine once you SIM unlock a phone it is permanently unlocked so you can flash any rom you want to.

I'm Planning on Upgrading it to Viper rom 3d
My Question is that After the update will My Phone Get Locked to Sprint Again?? #Worried!!

Your problably not going to loose unlock but it's alway good to read everything before you do something am sure that the Rom you want has a read me on it so just research good luck.
