I have a stock tmobile comet and was wondering if I can flash it with a new rom? If so can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this. Thank you in advance.

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to install T-Mobile features and carrier settings over the base stock rom. I know that InsertCoin 4.0.4 allows you to select the T-Mobile version when installing and I was wondering if those same features could be installed but on the stock rom.
Any help is appreciated.
