what app do I need to download to get fade in transitions?

Launcher pro is nice, but is there anyway i can run launcher Pro AND keep my HTC widgets?

There is not a way to run HTC widgets outside of Sense. Beautiful Widgets has a similar looking clock, but you have to piece the rest together from inferior widget apps.

I wonder if it is possible to drop those N1 type animations into htc's framework or even apktool it in.

Purchase Beautiful Widgets ... no seriously. I don't think there's any way to put the stock HTC Clock or toggle widgets onto Launcher Pro (I'm an LP user myself), just buy BW it's pretty much identical. I think it's around $2

[Q] Zoom in/ zoom out animations?????

Hi, I just bought a HTC inspire (got rid of my icrap) and I gotta say its awesome. But there is one thing bugging me. On my phone when I open applications (such as phone for example) it does this really dumb looking fade in animation. When I was at the at&t store, the samsung phones had this nice looking zoom in animation. Is there a way I can change the ugly fade into that very sexy looking zoom in?
Note: my phone is not rooted, but if needed I will root it.

Try a different launcher:
- Launcher Pro
- GO Launcher EX
- ADW Launcher
- Zeam Launcher

if a different launcher solves you issue then i would suggest Launcher Pro (as stated above) or ADW Launcher.

Oh crap, i read it wrong! You want to change the animation when opening all apps?
If yes, you can use Anim Mod *Root* from the market. You have to be rooted. There's no way around it.

Some body can explain the depdendency between Home Launchers & Widgets?
Background of the questions is when I use Sony Home launcher ,I see widgets for the Small apps ,but same time when I use the ADW,I don't see these widgets.So curious to know this?

(Q) - Lockscreen widgets. How?

Hey guys, iam no novice to Android, did a ton of modding/theming/flashing on my MDK s4, and my s3 before that. But for some reason I can't put my own widgets on the lockscreen.
Yes, in security settings I have multiple widgets enabled. But for some reason I can't remove the stock widget and add my own. It's super frustrating. Normally I use Apex launcher but iam sticking with blinkfeed for the moment. So so I need to use a different launcher to get my own widgets? Or is there some other trick? All I want is to use dash clock as my lock screen widget, then poweramp and my news apps to the right. Thanks.
