Night Backgrounds for alarms, anyone got a good one? - Captivate General

GAlarm has a great background when the alarm is up. Sadly, it is not available. So I was wondering if anyone had any backgrounds they currently use as the backdrop for their alarm. My phone background is way too busy, and a black screen is so boring.

How about this one?

Shameless bumping I am a fan of phone backgrounds in general.

Are you more concerned with the image you fall asleep too, or the one you wake up too? If that makes sense...I realize it'll be that same pic, it's all about the mood, I guess.

I found a nice little app called "lightning bug" that is a nice sleep enhancement device,
Customizable backrounds, ambient sounds etc..

FYI- uploading images from the XDA App (even premium) sucks donkey big balls.

My images were 640x480. However, I did just find one of them on the following page and it has some higher resolutions:
http://www.androidcentral.com/android-wallpaper-ringtone-tutorial
What is the recommended resolution for a captivate wallpaper?

All Galaxy S/Captivate (others like Nexus 1/S, and more) should use 960x800 wallpapers for best results.

Zip file is attached and has 2 png files. The dock is applied in LauncherPro, then change all your icons in the dock to custom icon, and use the blank png.
I lined these up exactly as they are from a Droid X screenshot at the same width, so it should be dead on.
Enjoy
the batt says good but it doesnt look good to me lol
Thanks for this, I can put some swipe gesture actions on each as well.

Yay for launcherpro resizable widgets by the way tajm looks that much better.
Now we need some skinnable Droid X looking widgets.

[REQ] HTC HD2 - Negative Color

I searched on the xda Forum, but i found nothing, so i decided to create this request post.
I found a usefull option on the iPhone 4G.
In fact, you can inverse all color of the screen, so you can see your films, your photos, play to your favorite games in negative effect.
For example, this is the screen with the button and the effect :
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I hope someone will help me to find it, if this option exists.
And if it does not exist, i hope someone can create it, with for exemple a name like HD2 Negativ Color.
That would be nice!

I agree with you, it is very nive.
Personally i think it improves the look of iOS but I dont understand the purpose of it....
why would you want to watch video or play a game with inverted colours??
much confusion......

This option is very simple, it is useless, but very funny.
You turn on or off just a button, and your screen go in negative.
So yes, you will play, look a film, take a picture, every thing in negative.
The iPhone do it in the last release, it is very fun.
indeed
This function is very usefull and something i've been looking to get for my galaxy s2 for some time now as it would drastically reduce the amount of power my phone would use while reading PDF's with Adobe

I've made an OpenGL Live wallpaper inspired by one of Google's static Eclair wallpapers. It's a series of fading lights that move smoothly across the screen and blend together.

You can change the light count and speed in the free and in the full the colour, framerate and turn off the extra effect.
It should work on every device that has 2.1+, even the older ones.
I actually love this. Has great potential. At first I didn't like the slight distortion, but it's actually easier on the eyes with foreground Widgets etc, and actually gives the screen a 3D effect this way.
May have to buy now!
Thanks and regards.
Wow! Really nice, I looked alot for a LWP like this.
Great job!

Google image search is so much better now. You can drag & drop images into the search box, or click the camera and enter an image URL. I use it on a daily basis for work and it rarely fails me.

Stars AOD from S8 on S9+

Hi. I am looking for stars aod from s8 default theme on my s9+. It would be great if there will be possibility to set up diffrent picture on lockscreen and background (I mean there is no chance to do that on s8 so you have to choose between infinity wallpaper or your favorite pic).
The infinity theme is stock on the S9 as well, but if you change your wallpaper or lockscreen photo, you will lose the stars. I've had my own wallpapers since I opened the package, so I didn't even know what I was missing. Now, I want it, lol.
