I've been looking through the reviews and I don't think I've seen this. The basic idea is that we are using the infinity to replace a laptop. But the keyboard dock is going to stay at home, while the main unit will be mobile. So, ideally, we would have a case that fits on the infinity and allows the infinity to attach to the dock without any stress (I read at least one of these reviews that the material in the cover caused some extra strain on the unit in attaching the dock).
So, the idea would be that, on the go, you grab the infinity out of the keyboard dock and you have a case that flips over the screen, but can also bend back around and be used as a stand.
When you come home, you attach the infinity to the keyboard dock (no strain) and can flip the screen cover part back over so it's out of the way and use the whole setup kind of like a netbook and charge it at the same time.
Does such an animal exist?
Also interested in this. I would imagine if a case simply didn't have any material on that bottom edge it would be perfect. And the cover could help keep the tablet + dock from tipping over.
Check out this. It's PU leather (i.e., fake) but it's cheap, is supposed to fit well and will allow attachment to the keyboard while in use. I just ordered one. It's supposed to be here by TUE. I'll post back if you like.

Definitely post back - but where did you see that it will allow attachment to the keyboard while in use? All I could find was "access to all controls and features".
I saw that one before, but without any reviews mentioning how the keyboard fits, I shied away... will be glad to hear your input on it!

Look at the design: the last attachment point is mid-tab. The entire docking surface is exposed and unencumbered. I saw a post/photo from someone using that case, and he just docked the tab and sat the keyboard on top of the cover portion which lies on the tabletop.
So, you can't enclose the assembled tab-keyboard combo in this case -- if that's what you're after, sorry if I misunderstood -- but I didn't usually carry my TF101 assembled anyway. I want something that will protect the tab during "regular," separated use, and let me connect the keyboard on the fly when I need to. This case does that.
BTW, I did see one folio-type case on Amazon that will allow the keyboard to be attached and still close the case over the whole shebang. But it added so much bulk to the tab that it defeated the purpose of not carrying an ultrabook.

No - we're on the same page - I only want to cover the tab. If honestly don't see much point in a case if you travel with the keyboard - it kind of acts like a cover anyway.
The bugaboo with all these is that they have to have some amount of material to hold the tab in the case, even when that area is "exposed". In a lot of them, that's the part that folds back over and makes the stand. When it's in that config, with no material to hold it, the tab will just slide out. And it's that little bit of material that's my concern because I don't want something that is basically going to be abnormally prying the tab away from the keyboard (just by being between the two) like the review of the minsuit reported.
I've been using the Poetic Hardback case http://www.amazon.com/Poetic-Protec...6049322&sr=8-1&keywords=poetic+hardback+tf700
If you look closely there's a black nylon strap that you can use to fold the cover of the case backwards, it keeps the case on the tablet only while leaving it free to dock. I think it works pretty well, the only problem is when folding the cover back it does cover the camera as well, but I suspect taking pictures will be rarer than docking to the keyboard.
Which one is the most slim?
Hi!
Which one of the MoKo and Poetic hardback case is the slimmest one?
I wanted to have a normal "protection" only as the iPad has but I cant find anyone that seems to fit good.
(tried the TF201 one in the store and it wasent a perfect fit, went out a little on the sides).
I actually dont need a "full body" cover but if nothing better exists I guess I have to since I want a stand also.

+1 . I am in same situation as you. Want a slim "Ipad-ish" cover with stand for typing.
Dunno about the Poetic case, but the Moko case will do the trick. I'd take pix, but I returned mine along with the tab after I noticed all the hardware issues with the latter. IMO, I'd rather have real leather, but this is good enough for the price.
Hi everyone,
I just bought my new Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and now I'm on to buying accessories. I'm a bit sleep deprived from going down the internet rabbit hole reading reviews and such on the accessories I'm considering (among job stress - woot). I'm not trying to be a schmuck (I swear) by posting this I'm just trying to consolidate my thoughts and get quick input from you awesome people. If the post is deemed inappropriate please nicely message me and I'll delete it. I did try searching for keywords for brands/products before writing but I realize this product is newer so there aren't a million in depth reviews of a million products.
Mainly I bought this tablet because I'm going on a trip out of town and I need to be able to show off my portfolio (I'm a graphic designer) on a few agency interviews in 3 weeks in addition to entertaining myself at the airport and on mass transit on my trip. Otherwise I would have waited until it went on sale or xmas to be honest.
On a day to day basis I would like to do the following with this tablet:
- surf the web
- watch movies
- read
- do light word processing/office/email stuff
- sketch
What I plan on buying I tried to post links to everything but apparently I'm too new a user and had to remove them:
- a case
- screen protector
- bluetooth keyboard
- stylus
- micro sd card
Case:
For a case I'd love to have something very similar to what I currently use on my old Nook Tablet and love Speck FitFolio (speckproducts.com/tablets/nook/fitfolio-for-nook-hd.html) since it has some protection along the edges and closes shut. At the least I want to add some kind of decent edge protection along with a cover that stays close (with magnets, a band, etc). I don't want something as bulky as an otterbox (which doesn't make a case yet for this anyway) and I do want something that covers the front and back.
As far as cases go I've read a ton of reviews on here about the Samsung Book Cover and it seems that most people like it. My main concern is that there is no edge protection and the cost. I've also read about the Poetic Slimbook and that is more mixed but that at least offers some edge protection. Another one that I saw on Amazon and looked interesting is the RooCase Origami case. I'd love some thoughts from you all considering the specific goals for the case.
Screen protector:
I've always been afraid of wet application screen protectors but from the reviews I've read they seem pretty straight forward and perhaps a bit more awesome than the static cling types I've been using. I'm not dead set either way. The Zagg is the one I'm most familiar with but they aren't making one yet for this tablet it seems. The ones I've seen for the tablet are the ArmorSuit Military Shield and the Skinomi® TechSkin . A few others I read about on the XDA forum are the AmFilm and the iLLumiShield.
Bluetooth Keyboard:
Don't need anything fancy but I like that the 2 I've seen and like so far have a cover/case that can be manipulated into a stand.
- Logitech Tablet Keyboard
- Microsoft Wedge Mobile Keyboard
Stylus:
It seems the S Pen won't work on this tablet since it's not a Note series so I want something that's better than the chubby typical stylus I already have. I haven't messed around with these in a long time so it seems I need a capacitive stylus. I will have a screen protector on this so it needs to play nice with it.
I would like to do some drawing and the best app I've seen is the AutoDesk SketchBook app (yes I realize the iPad has so many more awesome drawing apps than Android but I felt for the amount of time I would be spending drawing vs the trade-offs of getting an iPad it wasn't worth it).
The Adonit Jot Pro seems to be popular but will it scratch my screen?
Then there are the other stylus with a thinner, more pen like point that I think I like, such as the Dart Precision Touch but I don't think I can shell out that much for something that isn't mandatory for me to function day to day and the Samsun C Pen but it seems that is getting mixed reviews.
Ok, that's my seriously long post. If you've read this much I salute you and will consider it a mitzvah so thank you!!

I have the Logitech BT keyboard. Although it works perfectly, you have to install batteries. And I always forget to turn it off when I finish, and the batteries are always drained next time I use it. The device needs to turn itself off after awhile. Maybe there is a way I'll have to look into it.
I also heard the Samsung pen for the galaxy S3 works perfectly.
And there's tons of cases and screen protectors on ebay. I'll be ordering the glass one soon from Asia.
Best tablet ever.

I mean the stand alone BT keyboard, not the attached case/keyboard that Logitech sells. Unfortunately they don't sell it for 8.4 inch tab.

Good point about the keyboard battery. The Microsoft one can shut off when you replace the cover but from quick googling it appears the Logitech one has to be shut off.
Do you mean the Samsung C-Pen? The reviews look mixed online so I was curious how other people liked it.

I picked up theDart Stylus by Precision Touch a few weeks ago and I have not stopped using this stylus. It has to be the best money I spent on an accessory in a while. Not only is the Dart cool to look at (People are always asking me about it in class) but it writes just like a regular pen and it really looks like my own handwriting.
Finally my notes are readable.
I think you will be really happy with the Dart stylus if you try it out. BTW, it's on sale for $59 right now too in case that helps.
you can pick it up at precisiontouch. com

Regarding the cases between the Origami and Poetic slimline LifeHacker did a pretty unbiased review of a few including a few others that might help. Although they are for the Nexus 7, they should be relatively comparable on the features & specs for your Galaxy Tab S 10.5 tablet.
On some of the others I've checked out.
Screen protector you'll definitely want to go a 9H Tempered Glass for the protector. Checking specs for AmFilm and the iLLumiShield, I don't see a hardness level listed, so I can't really say if if it has max level scratch and abrasion resistance, nor for the Skinomi® TechSkin or ArmorSuit Military Shield. Of course the touch screen sensitivity definitely matters too. Even though through checking reviews, the iLLumiShield seems to be the most popular, so with that many happy people, it might be a good one to go with!
Bluetooth keyboard, the Anker® Bluetooth Ultra-Slim Keyboard for Galaxy Tabs seems to be a really decent seller, low in price and high in reviews, so this may also be something to check out.
Not really too familiar with stylus, so perhaps some others could chime in =)

I ended up going with the Skinomi Tech Glass - I've never dealt with these so hopefully I won't screw it up. A few people mentioned building a hinge with tape to help put it on (along with being in a steamy bathroom). If anyone else has any hints about applying this I'm all ears. I've put on screen protector films before but it is stressful. A few of the companies mentioned by you guys don't have protectors for the tab s yet since it's so new.

I have rapoo e6100 keyboard which works just great. Pairing is easy and there is no problem with reconnecting. Despite the fact it's mini keyboard, keys are large enough so typing is comfortable. I didin't want samsung case keyboard or logitech type-s keyboard, because i love samsung book cover and i use keyboard only when prepairing longer pieces of text. As for me set of samsung book cover and rapoo e6100 keyboard works great. I dont't want to change tab s into a bulky laptop...
I'm considering getting the Seidio Dilex Pro for my Note 4. I've read / watched lots (LOTS) of reviews on this case and, in general, people seem to really like it.
I went to Amazon to order one, though, and found a handful of folks that reported a problem with the buttons. Specifically, they said that the case, itself, presses on the power and volume buttons and causes them to activate at inopportune times, or to stick "on" in the case of the volume button and turn the volume all the way down, rather than just down one click. Here are some examples:
(Sorry; I don't have enough posts to include links yet. Try searching Amazon for "seidio dilex pro note 4 white".)
Most of the reviews that I've encountered don't mention this issue. In fact, some of the best written / best filmed ones specifically describe the opposite - that the button feel is good. I know that there's always some bottom-feeder who will give a "1" rating to any product, but the negative reviews on Amazon are pretty thoughtful and quite consistent. Oddly, I haven't seen any middle-of-the-road reviews on the button feel; people either compliment them or say that they single-handedly ruin an otherwise good case.
My question for folks who have a Dilex Pro for their Note 4:
QUESTION: Have you had any issues with the case activating / sticking the power and volume buttons - and what color case do you have?
I ask about the color because I was originally looking at the white case, but apparently it has a different finish than the other colors (per other users, and per Seidio customer support). I don't know if this is just a difference in the coating, or if the actual plastic shell is different. It may be that the white case is problematic, whereas the other colors are not. Just a thought.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Well I received my blue dilex pro today. Seidio is usually one of my favorite brands, but I didn't even keep the case on one minute. The case and kickstand felt great but the buttons are literally unusable. The power button will activate if you barely touch it and omg the volume buttons: the up button works with the force of about a ton and the down volume button just doesn't work at all on my case. I honestly don't see how such a huge flaw could make it pass testing I'm contacting support now for a revised case or a refund asap.
Uh oh...
Dagnabit! I just ordered one two hours ago.
I've been hemming-and-hawing over this case for a week because of the widely varied reviews. I decided to **** or get off the pot today, so I had a chat session with Seidio customer support on their web site to ask what the deal was with the button issue. They said that they hadn't heard of it, and suggested that cases with button problems were probably due to manufacturing errors, which they would replace under warranty.
Two questions:
QUESTION 1: Do you feel that the button issue with your blue case is a manufacturing error, or a design flaw?
QUESTION 2: From what you can see, do you think it's reasonable to fix the problem at home (say by trimming the case with a Dremmel) without destroying it?
Man, I wish there was somewhere around here to look at cases first-hand. I went to 7 stores in the mall last week, and there were maybe 5 different cases for the Note 4 among them.
Thanks for your reply. I'll post an update next week when mine arrives. In the meantime, fingers crossed.
Which carrier's phone?
One more thing:
QUESTION 3: What carrier (if any) did you buy your Note 4 from?
I ask because I've been reading about the Verizon microphone placement issue. Apparently Verizon moved one of the mics relative to the other carriers, which lead to a lot of 5 star / 1 star splits in the reviews for a bunch of cases. I see that most case manufacturers have fixed that issue by widening the mic cutout, but I wonder whether there is a difference in the button placement, too, that accounts for the sporadically-reported DILEX Pro button issue.
FWIW, I have the AT&T version. I can get out my Vernier caliper and measure the buttons, if anyone is interested (and if I can find it in the... garage?... basement?).

I think that all versions of the note 4 have identical button placement with the exception of the mic. As far as the button issue i contacted support and they basically claimed it was an unheard of issure when clearly its not check amazon reviews and a few other sites for proof. i myself have never modified a case but I guess if you had the right tools to cut buttons i might not be a hard fix. My problem is that this case retails for 35 bucks and has such common flaw and seidio is ignoring it. My brother has the beyondcell tri sheild case with metal kickstand and its more akin to the older active/dilex case with silcone instead of tpu that 10 buck case beats the pants off of the seidio. Its sad because i really like the design of the case but that button issue is unforgiveable. Hopefully its a bad batch and yours will be better than mine was.
I can't speak about the Dilex but I just got my Convert add on kit to turn my Seidio Surface case into the Convert model and I'm extremely disappointed that the Convert button covers activate so easily. I had a problem accidentally turning the ringer volume off handling the phone using just the Surface case which has no button covers and was expecting the Convert button covers to provide enough resistance to prevent that problem just like every other case with button covers that I've owned did. The Convert button covers provide zero resistance. I hadn't considered the possibility it may be a manufacturing defect until reading this thread so I will call Seidio's Tech Support to inquire about that.
This is my first experience with Seidio products and it will definitely be my last. Returning/exchanging an item purchased from their webstore is an absolute nightmare so if you want a Seidio product buy it on Amazon (and the cost will probably be considerably less too). From my experience Seidio products are way too expensive for what they are. You know going into it how much they cost but until you receive the product you don't know what you're actually getting. I obviously don't mind paying a premium price for a premium product and compared to other highly protective cases I've owned this Seidio falls far short of a premium product despite it's ultra premium price.

No; I'm just asking.
I'm looking to buy one, good case and use it for the life of the phone, which hopefully will be many years. I apologize if this is blasphemous on the Accessories thread, but I'd like to avoid buying a dozen cases, trying each one for 5 minutes, then tossing 11 of them in a drawer until they finally end up in a landfill. If this is an otherwise good case and I can remove a bit a excess material without destroying it, that's cool with me. I have the tools, I have the time, and the other attributes of the case seem to fit what I'm looking for.
The above notwithstanding, I hope it just works out-of-the-box. Especially given the growing list of posts (including on this thread) about the difficulty of working with Seidio's customer support, I'd prefer not to have to deal with them on a warranty claim. Fortunately, I did as mti msy recommended and ordered from Amazon, who has always been exceptional at handling the rare problems I've encountered.
The case should arrive today or tomorrow. I'll post an update after trying the fit and, if necessary, fixing or returning the case.

Would you mind sharing your experience when you're done talking with Seidio?
I agree with your sentiments about paying more for a better product. As I get older, I'm realizing that part of the "product" is the technical and customer support that goes along with it. Perhaps an immoble, plastic cell phone case isn't the type of thing that one would typically expect to need support for, but when something goes wrong with a $50+ Convert kit, it makes a difference whether the company stands behind their work or not.
FWIW, I've contacted Seidio twice in the past week for pre-sales support, once by email and once by chat. In both cases, they responded promptly, albeit tersely. So far, I'm satisfied. That said, it sounds like others are having a different experience after-the-fact. It'd be helpful to know how your call goes, for future reference. Thanks.
Wow, the buttons really ARE terrible

I concur.
From looking at the case with a magnifying glass, I am also convinced that this is not a manufacturing problem, but rather a design flaw. Specifically, the material that attaches the button covers to the rest of the case is too thick and/or too rigid. As a result:
Pressing the button covers is exceedingly difficult, because doing so flexes the entire TPU inner case around the whole button area
Correspondingly, pressure on the TPU case anywhere around the button covers pushes on the covers themselves, thus activating the phone's buttons underneath
Imagine if the keys on your computer keyboard were connected to each other, as well as to the frame of the keyboard itself. You'd have to push really hard to get any key to activate and, when you did, you'd end up hitting all the keys in the vicinity. There must be multiple versions of this case in the wild, otherwise anyone who wrote a review would have commented on this issue. The problem is so severe that you couldn't just "not notice".
Beyond the immediate inconvenience, this is a real shame in general, because the DILEX Pro seems like a nice case otherwise. It's thin, fits well, the two piece design seems functional, and the holster feels bullet proof. I think it would meet my needs, if only the button covers didn't render the phone inoperable. I'm going to think on this while my camera battery charges, then post some photos and decide whether I want to try to modify the case into something useful or just send it back.
Light at the end of the tunnel
OK, I've been fiddling with the case for a while, and I'm leaning towards keeping it. I like its good features even more, now that I've had a chance to work with them (I'll post a broader review later in the week). And, to the topic at hand, the button covers have become borderline usable, albeit capricious. I don't know if it just takes a while for them to break in, or if it's the fact that the phone has been sitting next to the exhaust port on my laptop and the TPU is all warm and soft (as it will be after being in my pocket during regular use, if the bus girl in Ferris Bueller is any authority on the matter).
The decision now is whether to leave the inner case as-is, or to slice the button covers. I did an experiment using an old case, which I'll explain below.
To recap, the problem as I see it is that the button covers are too rigidly attached to the rest of the inner case. I'll include two sets of photos:
Photo set 1: Unadulterated DILEX Pro for Note 4 inner TPU case
Photo set 2: Modified Galaxy S4 one-piece TPU case
The first set is to illustrate the button issue, as best as I can with still photos. Even with the macro setting on my camera, it's hard to zoom in as closely as I can by just holding the case up to my eye. Still, I think you'll get the idea.
The second set shows my old S4 TPU case with 1) the volume button covers intact, and 2) with three sides of the power button cover severed from the rest of the case. I'd contemplated doing this years ago when I was actually using the S4 TPU case, but never wanted to wreck it, just in case it didn't work. In retrospect, I should have. Slicing the sides of the button makes it WAY more usable. The feel is great, and the attached edge is still firm enough to hold the button cover "flap" in place. I'm leaning towards doing the same with the DILEX Pro inner case - especially because it has the outer PC shell to help hold the flap in place and prevent it from getting loose / snagged over time. But, I'm going to chill overnight, and maybe for a few days, before doing anything rash (and forfeiting any possibility of returning this costly case for a refund, if I decide to go that way).
Here's the pics. Notice how well-attached the DILEX Pro (black) button covers are to the rest of the case. There is a gap on each of the short ends from the factory, but the long edges still have a LOT of contact:

===========================================================================
Now, here's the old S4 case. Firstly, observe how thin the "moat" is around the volume button covers. The material is noticeably thinner than the case or button covers themselves, allowing the button covers to move relatively independently of the rest of the case. They're still stiff, but acceptable.
Afterwards, see the power button cover, where I've cut around three sides to make it into a flap. It actuates very nicely when pressed, and even the relatively thin amount of TPU along the one remaining edge holds the flap firmly in place.
===========================================================================
I'll let you know if I decide to keep the DILEX Pro intact, cut it, or return it.
I owned 2 of the Dilex cases for the Note 4 and returned both due to the button issue. The 1st review on Amazon (December 17, 2014) is a one star because of the button issue and the reply by Seidio on that post is that they are not aware of the issue. For the first month and a half Seidio replied to the one star ratings on Amazon stating that they are not aware of the issues with the buttons.
Seidio is in fact aware of the button issue and has been aware of the issue ever since the case was released in late November 2014.

Thanks.

Because my Convert rugged skin is so poorly designed I decided to send it back rather than call tech support. The holster is a disaster too. I tried to use it for the first time today and when I bent over to tie my shoes the holster broke loose from the belt clip causing the phone to fall on a tile floor. I can't believe how flimsy and easily detachable the clip on the holster is. As far as I am concerned Seidio products are pure trash sold at ridiculous prices.

Oh, that sucks. I was actually bummed that I couldn't get the CONVERT-style holster with the detachable belt clip on the DILEX Pro. It's a great idea; I'm sorry that it doesn't work better, in practice.
Did the CONVERT case at least protect the phone from the floor?
FWIW, it was a tile floor that did in my last phone. After multiple drops with no case on carpet, wood, concrete, and asphalt, the corners were looking pretty well used. One drop on the tile, though, and the screen splintered (hence my new phone and corresponding obsession over getting a decent case for it). Maybe it was just the straw that broke the camel's back, or maybe it landed just right (or just wrong, I guess). But, from watching the fatal fall, seemingly slow motion, the tile appeared to be less forgiving than the sidewalk and driveway.

Hmm, that's discouraging. Denying the problem certainly isn't helping Seidio's reputation - which, coming into this, I understood to be good. Maybe their internal leadership is slipping, along with the products.
If you find yourself with a 3rd DILEX Pro at some point, give it a good workout for a few days before returning it (assuming that you like its other features). The buttons on mine are definitely breaking in. I manhandled the inner case during the first day in an effort to weaken the material around the buttons, then have been using it normally since then. The volume buttons are behaving pretty normally at this point. The power button is still ultra-sensitive, but I'm working on it. I'm also not experiencing the problem anymore of pushing on the outer case and having the pressure activate/stick the buttons. It's not perfect yet, but it's on a good trajectory.

Thankfully the convert rugged outer skin did protect my phone from any damage when it dropped on my tile floor face down. I find it ironic the only time I've had the phone drop was when I tried to use the unusable Convert holster. The piece that attaches the holster to the belt clip is so inferior the slightest pressure against the phone will cause it to detach from the belt clip causing the phone to fall. I can't even believe any case manufacturer would release something that bad. Be glad you didn't get the Convert holster as it is a piece of junk.
Something interesting that I just noticed on Amazon is that the ratings for the case and holster combo are all 4 stars (this is what I bought and have no issues) and the case when reviewed by itself seems to have issues. I bought this because the dilex for the S5 was my favorite case. I like how they reduced the thickness on the case for the note 4 but they used a lighter she'll material than what I expected. I've dropped it several times on carpeted floor and I've had no issue so it seems strong enough while staying thin. The button issue is non existent for me but something I've noticed is that there isn't a proper cutout distance for the volume buttons like there is on the power button side. My case bows out around the side with the volume buttons but they do not activate and are not sensitive unless I touch them. Power button works as advertised. I have the black case on the black tmobile Note 4.

I noticed that, too. Unfortunately, I got the combo and it has the button issue. On the good side, I don't have cutout/bow issue around the volume buttons that you describe. There's got to be a manufacturing quality control problem at play here. There's too much variability in the feedback for this to be just a matter of individual preference.

I've been looking at getting the CAPSA holster (http://www.seidioonline.com/samsung-galaxy-note-4-capsa-touchview-holster-p/hl4ssgt4ast.htm) - I'm just wondering if yours has the same locking switch mechanism on the inside of the holster for locking the belt clip in place. Probably a stupid question, but I thought I'd ask - if it has this switch, are you sure it was locked?

Absolutely certain it was locked.
I've been keeping an eye on this case from the Ballistic Case company. It's call the Ballistic Tough Jacket. It's finally been released. Here's a link and a picture. It's only for people who don't use the fingerprint scanner because it looks like it's covered. I'm excited about it because i want my power and volume buttons covered.
https://www.goballisticcase.com/shop/lg/lg-v10/tough-jacket/
Also, the company decided not to even manufacture the Jacket Maxx version of their case. If anybody else is interested, here's link for the Maxx case they made for the G4. I spoke with someone at the company and they said that there wasn't enough interest in the case from the carriers to produce it. I'm going to put a link for their email address. If enough of us are interested, and shoot them an email, I'm sure they'll produce it.

Why not just post this in http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-v10/accessories/lg-v10-t3216618? Why start a new thread?

I dunno noob error, I guess. I'm hoping people will email the company about production on the new case. And I figured more people would be able to see it if it was a new thread as opposed to hidden deep in a blanket thread.

That thread has 59,000 views. Which means people are constantly viewing it and posting in it. Which means it'll always be near the top of the Accessories thread

Would you think it'll be easy to cut out the finger print sensor covering to get it to work?
Yes....the rubber piece will come right out or you can cut it with a razor blade
Thank you for your reply. This may appear amusing for some, but the ballistic case seller on Amazon says the finger print sensor will still work while covered with silicone rubber.
So this thing is available?
I've used Ballistic's cases since the G2 and love them. Always used the Maxx version. I like how the case covers the rear buttons and I really like the holster. I have the V10 now and emailed Ballistic today and they say they have no plans to make the Maxx version for the V10..... bummer.
