If I am not mistaken it is already rooted. Just install Superuser or similar to check it

hello mate!
just install any superuser software from playstore and also download any busybox installler from playstore too
after these 2 installs you have it ready to use any rooted software
I just bought an acer liquid z120 and really want to root it,
so, my question is what things i need to considered before i root this thing?
like, do i need certain tools to root phone with mtk6575m or the same tools everyone use to root their android phones ?

Hello i recently came across a bitmore Linetab 1011Q.Great 10.1" screen,quad cpu and battery holds great.Im trying to root to install a cmw to test some custom firmware by using all known methods (soc,framaroot etc.) all failed.Even tried pushing su manually with android commander but no luck.Any ideas?

Unfortunately I was unable to find anything out here for that device. Your best bet is to ask your question here and someone may be able to help you.
Please know that not all devices have a root exploit.
