So I have a APK I want to add a few effects in it (psh)
it's composed by resoures.arsc
and xml. how do I edit those archives.?

what do I need to create an APK for the camera? like ... does anyone have tuts for it?

I m learning android programming but ı couln not do it please help me...
the app should like an uploader. I will take a photo and after taking I will upload this photo to picassa(google). when ı upload the photo, ı can write a comment . after that comment, photo , my position and my name will be in picassa
I think it looks easy bu I could not. is there anyone to help me....
