Loading a custom rom into Android SDK

Does anybody know how or where to find instructions on doing this? i've search google and here but can't seem to find out how to do this. any help is apreciated

Trying not to be a noob. Please help

I have the htc pure phone with manila 2.1.191832170 and would like to update to the new manilia 2.5. I have looked for days and have not been able to find it. so i am needing help. If someone could link me to it i would be very greatfull. I have done a search, googled it and have had nothing but the run around. Thank you

XDAndriod / Other Android CAB for HD2/Leo?

Heya, I've searched everywhere on XDA for this, but I can't seem to find a suitable app for HD2/Leo which allows it to run android. Is there anyone that has managed to do this and can be kind enough to explain to me how to do it? It'd be much appreciated.

Ya you over looked using the search button. If you had you would have found out that.......there is currently NO Android port for the HD2.

Android is not an app, it's operating system and to run it you need running linux kernel, which is not yet ready to run on LEO, you can find it here on xda on ROM developer section.

[Q] newbi - can i use another market other then handango?

Hi,
I am very new user but i was wondering if there way to use another apps market? other then handango? i would like to use appbrain but i can't seem to figure out how to download appbrain's market app. I am still using everything stock out of the box.

You can use Slideme

Also if you search (dev forum I think) you can find instructions on how to relatively easily enable the actual android market... well, maybe not so easily if you stick with stock firmware as you'd have the additional steps of having to install the market app...
You can also find how to install flash, which will also work with stock firmware.
(...and now that I think about there's an entire thread in the general forum somewhere about rooting, adding market, adding flash, etc. to the stock firmware... probably a page or two back now since ATM most of us are probably using one of the 4 custom firmwares...)

Try pocketgear. It even lists the ViewSonic gTablet under devices!!!

[Q] Google drive -- viewers cant download?

Hi everyone,
I just spent my evening hunting down cyanogenmod ported to my device. After reading through 20 pages of the post I was thrilled to find it! But,... I cant seem to download it. When I go to the google drive link it says viewers may not download. I dont get it, what does that mean? I dont get why its there if it cant be downloaded? Anyways, any help with either downloading this or direction to another AOSP rom ported to sm-t800 would be lovely.
