need any programme to change imei number of motorola xt702/milestone 862020980932037 to make it work in india as this imei number si not registered as valid in india please help me put guys really desperate cause just baught this phone

No idea if there's some sort of program to hack IMEI but IMEI can be changed by replacing "PCB" Assembly

Send it back to the oem for repairs. Messing with the IMEI files are illegal in most countries in the world
