I want to edit the HC analog clock widget (AKA Tron Clock), but I can't seem to find it in the system. Anyone know where it's at?

You can still use all the clocks for CHT 1.8.5. They change the standard analog clock. The new widgets are Addons for combined or standalone use.

I was just checking on Your work. Impressive Trying out some of this right now
I'm looking for a new clock widget... preferably something simple(shouldn't take up half the screen, Would also prefer something transparent)
so far i've tried...
- Clockr
- Beautifal widgets (but if you know any decent skins I can try let me know ?)
- 'Digitial Clock'
- SiMi Clock
- LED Clock
- mClock (though if you have a good set up please pm me your xml ^^)
- Tajm

What kind of mClock skin are you looking for? I've seen some that are pretty basic not to mention you can use a smaller widget size and then set it up how you want in the menu.

Has anyone made or found any apps that work with the new CM7 alphas? The transparent. translucent ones like in the Lucid theme by sonny?

On my Eris I used a Metamorph theme called Transparent Chaos to give my widgets a transparent background, specifically the news/weather (genie) widget. I was wondering if anyone had something like this for the Incredible? I don't use adb, so preferably something that will work through Metamorph or recovery.

What I'm looking for is an Android clock widget which looks like iphone's lockscreen clock. I found Digitial Clock Widget, but it doesn't have the black glassy background of iphone. Is there any other?

You could try minimalistic text and see if you can build your desired clock through it, it is pretty powerful.
I've decided to make the clock by myself since I still couldn't find one.
