Help: Dialer pngs - Droid Incredible Themes and Apps

Can someone point me to where the dialers pngs are and what the names are. And for the dialers background? Thank you!

These are the images you will need to edit:

htc_pin_asset_rest
phone_keypad_background
you can find them in the com.htc.resources.apk

Not to sound like an ass, but copy and paste works well for basic stuff.

Most likely, not easily. You'll need to edit images in certain framework apks to do it.
Bleh. I'm looking to have a transparent app drawer, transparent notification window, and the smooth sense icons / smooth circle battery icon. Whenever I try to install the smooth sense or the notification window zip, they overwrite each other. I can't find a transparent app drawer only mod. Does anyone know of a theme that will take care of all three together? If anyone would be willing to do it for me, I'd make a donation.

I'm sorry but I needed a good laugh today!!!
Pretty sure you can't just copy and paste.
Okay, I figured out how to move images between the apks. Does anyone know which image represents the app drawer background? I want to make it transparent but I don't know which png it is.
Just make a metamorph theme and take whatever images you want from various framework-res.apks and put them in the metamorph's theme folder.
Metamorph will only copy the files you add to it to the apk, it won't modify anything else that's already there.
I've figured the images out.
Anyone know which xml file needs to be edited to make the app drawer and add to home screens transparent?

cm7 status signal icon mod???

Here's what I want to do...I like how the signal bars in honey comb are vertical instead of the usual horizontal. Is there a way to mod the position of the signal bars in the notification bar in cm7?
Bump

The easiest way would just be to use the Honeycomb theme for the CM7 theme chooser: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=943423
If you don't want the entire theme then your best bet is to pull the stat_sys_batt png files and port them over to your current theme. The theme chooser theme apk's can be ported, they are just a bit more tedious since the png files have been slightly renamed and moved to different folders.
Someone may already have a metamorph/zipthemer mod with these signal icons, but I'm not sure.
I'll give it a try. Thanks

I just noticed you said stat_sys_batt, what's the file name for the signal bar?

Never mind. I found them. I just need to know what other file has to be replaced, such as an xml.

Yea sorry about that - meant stat_sys_signal instead of stat_sys_batt
If you're just changing the appearance of the icons, nothing else needs to be changed besides the pngs
EDIT - forgot an important detail: you'll have to hit SystemUI.apk as well, not just framework-res.apk

Theme Icons?

Is there a way to theme the icon of an app? I've used Launcher Pro to theme the icons on the homescreens and Alt Launcher to theme the app drawer, but I want to theme the icon overall. Is the icon find in the app's files/folders?
To re theme the icon on an app you need to decompile with apk manager and go to either res/drawerable-hdpi/ or res/drawerable/ and there should be a PNG called ic_xxxxxxx_xxx.png. Those are the ones that need changing. But be careful as some apps use different names also the icon needs to be the right size. If you hover your cursor over it, it will say the size. E.G. 54x54 or something similar.

oh yes. forgot the recompile. Only decompile if you need to change .xml files but otherwise just extract as sometimes decompile can have errors. and if its a system app then just retain the signiture and just copy and paste into /system/app/ and set the correct perms.

As said, search & read.
Check out the uot kitchen. You upload your framework-Res & systemui files, pick the icons & and your notification screens then the kitchen cooks you a flashable theme. And it's free.
Cranky...
