Can someone please tell me where I can find the facebook.apk? Been looking through Root explorer forever! Its not in system/apps folder.... I'm trying to make changes to the app widget background... thanks for any help

facebook probably isn't a system app. did you try /data/app?
mine's at /data/app/com.facebook.katana-1.apk

Or if you're STILL having problems. Uninstall the application completely and then "push" the new .apk via ADB. Usually works for system apps.
Could remove existing email with titanium. Paste new email apk into system/apps set permisions and reboot

Does anyone know if you can delete the widgets of your phone.. I rooted my phone and would love to b abke to delete them as I havr never used them.

Its just like androzip do I have to be rooted to backup a ap file it says failed if so I guess ill root my phone back

Root your device and copy file from /data/app or /system/app to anywhere.
What's with the thread title? Why not Backup.apk. seems Luke your asking how to hack apks is all.

Mix the title with what he wants to it and it looks like he want to pay for an app and then copy the app to give to friends.
