Themes for TripNRaVeR's [ROM] [REL 29-03] TripNMiUI 0.3.0 - XPERIA X10 Themes and Apps

Just found this site for themes for trips new rom
http://miuithemes.com/
1. Download your theme. It will either be a ZIP or MTZ file. The MTZ type is the newer format of theme
2. Connect your phone to your computer via USB
3. On your computer navigate to MIUI > theme
4. Copy your theme to this folder. If your theme is in ZIP format don’t extract it, copy it as a ZIP file
5. On your phone go to Settings > Personal > Theme Manager > Choose Theme
6. Find your theme and tap it, then tap Apply. A window will pop up explaining what will be changed
7. After clicking OK MIUI will reboot
8. Then you’re done

Hey all!!
Found sumthin interesting.............
Looks like the new version of MIUI needs the new format theme files....IE,...MTZ...
I have several themes loaded into the MIUI Theme folder from ealier versions of Trip's Miui and the new theme manager doesn't see them!!! Noticed they are all older zip type themes.....
Hope this helps,
Chris

downloaded an MTZ theme file but it takes forever to load the theme. Can't change themes to downloaded ones.

Thank you good site!!!

Pretty sweet themes here too!!! Kinda cool they put like 8-9 themes in a zip file to download as one or u can pick n choose the ones u want!!! All MTZ format too!!!
THANK YOU DROID DUDES!!!

Its available online via the theme chooser, Ill attach it too.
Although there is one problem, The notification are needs chaning. It's like dark text on a dfark background.
Anyway we can change this?

I've got an problem with some *.zips from hxxxp://miuithemes.com/
they does not appear in the theme chooser
I would like to use the Redemption Design but it never shows up in the Theme Chooser.
Is there any workaround or something like that?

You can use Theme Porter to port another CM6.1 theme to the Evo CM6.1.
I usually use that program if I want to try out some themes that are on the N1 and not for Evo.
I have done it for you (latest Gapps, CM6.1 nightly 163, and CM 6.1 RC1). All you have to do is put the files on the root of the SD card. Boot into recovery. Wipe cache and Dalvik cache (assuming you are already on CM6.1; otherwise a full wipe is necessary if you are coming from any other Rom). Then flash Gapps and either the nightly or RC1. You will also have to put the iNexusBar.xml file inside the CM Theme folder on your SD card.
The iNexusColorBar.xml file is attached as a zip file. Just extract the xml file from the zip.
To select the xml go to Settings > CyanogenMod Settings > User Interface > Tweaks extras > Select a Theme and pick the iNexusColorBar. This will require reboot for effect to take place.
CM 6.1 Nightly 163 with iNexus Theme
CM 6.1 RC1 with iNexus Theme
Latest Gapps 11142010 with iNexus Theme
Edit: I did not use the circle battery version because when I tried that on my Evo, the percent stays at 100 and didn't change even though the battery was draining (confirmed using BattStatt widget)
ok. so he's quicker than me. lol

Wow! Thank you so much! Just curious, what exactly does the gapps theme do? I can't wait to try out that theme creator
Its not a theme maker. Its a theme porter. It takes an already existing theme and ports it to different model phones.

Gapps is the Google Apps that aren't included in the CM roms like Gmail, YouTube, and other apps.
Remember, whenever you flash CM roms, you also flash the Google Apps (Gapps).

Thanks. It works great.
Only problem that I have noticed is that the Music Tabs are off. Does anyone know how to fix that?
EDIT: Nevermind. I fixed it by resizing the png files inside music.apk. Looks great now.
Push it via adb to your /system/app folder
Looks Great! Only thing I noticed is that the inexus theme isn't listed in the themes menu in the cyanogen mod settings. On my Inc, I pushed the .zip, rebooted, selected the theme and rebooted again. After selected the theme the text and clock in the menu turned white. Any ideas here?

you have to unzip the file and place it in the CMTheme folder on your sd card.
Great job. I know this is not in the original theme. But is there anyway to get the gtalk notification icon to look like the icon thats on the home screen instead of the one that is included?

Sorry, I don't know how to do any of that stuff. I just used the Theme Porter to do this.
You might want to open up the gtalk apk and look for the png file and change it to your liking, but I'm not sure how to do that stuff.

EDIT:
Stock browser causing download issue, set as default, still no go....Tango Uniform...Added Miren browser, set as default, downloaded themes perfectly, just move them from miren browser download file to the miui them file on the sd card....

Hey guys i am happily on tripnmiui 1.8.19 everything running fine and using over clock kernel.
Just noticed a new miui rom 1.9.9 by enrez (sorry for miss-spelling), just on others personal use, is the upgrade worth it? I mean this is the longest period of time /i haven't flashed!!!
@ atanu89, I have had Trips MIUI-roms, also erenz 1.9.9 and now I have Crowds BlackEditionHD_v0.1 which is a mix of MIUI 1.9.9 & Android 2.3.5, also has Full Language Pack.
On erenz Rom I had Data Loss (this is that you sometimes actually loose youre data connection) and it is a known MIUI-problem on X10.
I have had Crowds Rom installed for 2 days now and no data loss what so ever ;-)
So, I would really recomend you to go for Crowds MIUI BlackEditionHD_v0.1 and you can grab it here : http://forum.xda-developers.com
/showthread.php?t=1077375
Then I also installed the most beautifully theme on Crowds Rom , its called Phazed.Orange (MIUI 9.9).Its made by Cothek and was updated 09-13-11.
You can grab it here : http://forums.miui.us/showthread.php?2898-THEME-Phazed.Orange-%28MIUI-9.9%29-by-Cothek-UPDATED-09-13-11
Just install the theme as stated from cjsabaki on the first page, works without any problem...
ref. cjsabaki :
Download theme to your computer, transfer to your sd card, use astro or root explorer to move the theme from sd card to the miui folder, paste in miui theme folder. The theme selector should now see it and you can apply no problem!!

[10/24 THEME] Blue Experience + X Dark for WB V6

Hello everyone,
this is basically the dark blue experience theme made by aval1392 and i borrowed a framework from X dark theme made by emprex 2.
The reason was that I liked the blue theme but I wasn't fond of the stock lockscreen and i was trying a million things to change it but couldn't make it work.
This way you have pretty much the same theme with bonus of the lockscreen and battery icon and few other little changes.
Check it out for yourself, I like it better this way.
Instructions:
Download the file from mediafire
save it to the sd card
reboot and flash it through the recovery
and you are done ...
Credits go to aval1392 and EMPREX 2 for these two great themes
http://www.mediafire.com/file/5p53htzwgi5tlk8/Darkblue Xperience 1.3x.zip
And if someone likes the clock ...
Also here are the icons, I used desktop visualizer from the market to set the icons on the screens ...
Looks nice,
But you can upload it on rapidshare it's for free! !

Thanks, I tried that but forum doesn't let me add any outside files if i don't have at least eight posts ...
Can someone post that wallpaper?

Since I'm new here the forum doesn't let me add the file just yet so you gonna have to do it yourself. But it's very simple.
First you need to do is download both themes. I only used the phone, don't need pc for that. I used root explorer for the whole process.
Now extract both themes, go to sdcard extracted and open x.dark folder and copy framework-res.apk and replace the one in blue experience.
Now you need to zip the blue experience, locate it and move it to sd card main folder.
Reboot and flash it through recovery ... and you are done

Converting Go Launcher Theme To MIUI ?

Hi,
I wanted to know if i can conver a Go Launcher Ex theme (.apk) to a MIUI theme (.mtz) ?
Thanks
Yes and no. Take a .mtz theme and an .apk theme, rename them both to .zip files and look at how they are set up. You will want to set up the go theme just like how the mtz theme is. Better yet, just cut the icons out of the mtz theme and copy the icons from the go theme in. Rename the icons so the naming format is correct, then change it back from a zip file to an mtz file.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda premium
Thanks
I will try that
