Is there any other way to email multiple people with a pre made group? Not selecting each person one by one?

hey guys, on my e71 i had a few contacts grouped under "work". i could just send an email to the entire group with one click, however, i'm not finding that functionality on my fuze... i'm sure theres gotta be a way to do this on windows mobile... any ideas? thanks

I have posted this as another thread but later thought about it, and it's more general rather then being specific to my device, certainly all wm6.1 devs and possabily earlier.
Basically i use my diamond to connect to my exchange server which hosts my personal mail, i have a forwarder which forwards all my mail to the exchange, so i can easily pick up my work mail from my personal exchange.
This is where my problem begins when i reply to a email or send it uses my exchange mail box.
I have added the work mail box to my phone with a rogue pop3 for source email so i am not pulling the same email from 2 sources, and specified smtp correctly and used the right username\pass.
I hoped by doing this when i send an email or replied it would ask me which account to send from however it uses which ever account you are in at the time of creating the mail.
I don't know if anyone else has achieved this or even tried anything similar.
Any suggestions welcomed.

Everytime I send an email to some random person, either craigslist, site support, etc, they get added to my contact list. I have a group of friends/family/coworkers, and I only want it to sync to those contact groups in gmail. Any way to do this?
i would like to set up a group of contacts (an e-mail list) in gmail that doesn't sync to my phone. i don't need all those people on my phone, but would like to be able to e-mail them from my pc. i've asked at several forums around but haven't gotten even one reply. thought i'd try here...
any ideas?

I've searched a bit and see other people have the same problem with other Moto phones but I haven't found any solutions yet.
Using the stock email program I have 3 email accounts setup. It seems that when I have Yahoo mail setup I start getting multiple copies of the same email (sometimes 7-10 copies of the same email). Essentially like the mail app poles and thinks that an email that has been downloaded already is new. This happens with all 3 accounts (very annoying).
Worse though is that when sending email with my Yahoo account it is sending multiple copies of the email. Testing it out I got as high as 4 emails sent.
This is only happening with the stock email program when I choose Yahoo as one of the account types. I haven't seen it happen if I setup Yahoo manually and as a generic IMAP email account.
The reason I don't want to setup Yahoo in the generic way is that I use my Yahoo contacts.
So, anyone else out there have this issue or does anyone know of away to solve it? I'm guessing it is an Android/Stock email app and Yahoo compatibility issue and I won't have many options but I thought I'd ask.
