Hi, I've been trying to install my crack tomtom version and I was able to get though the point where it finds the map. However, only the belenux map works. My entire US maps just can't be found by Tomtom. I think I need new US maps in order to get Tomtom find the maps. Please share if you have them. Thanks a lot in advance.
Hi there,
Tomorrow I'll be traveling and I was wondering if there is any gps software available that has japanese maps. I always use tomtom but they dont have any japan maps and with google I couldnt find software that does. I'd really love to have some navigation when I go there as im crap at following directions.

Thanks for that I will check it for a uk version
Garmin XT..
I'm pretty boring. I have tomtom for in-car satnav and google maps for if i get lost walking round a city.
Both are free (whoo!) but remember google will require a data connection to download maps (free) as you go and tomtom requires you to buy the maps (i believe you can get a free city map when you sign up on their site)
Cool Cheers
I will have a look on the old Fleabay
alright mate,
i have co pilot and it rocks dude.
i use it with an external gps, but i have also tried my google maps with internal gps and that was fairly accurate.
I have copilot also. works great. I got it off amazon.co.uk for about £60. not cheap but very good. Loads of different voice, POIs etc if thats what you want.
I even use it on my motor bike and the buttons are big enough even if you have gloves on.
Garmin is good. And they have UK nav. Or you can try co-pilot. My friend Nina was using that and she said it worked great. Also she found some other GPS on internet like zorro. They must have UK based nav.
i've seen many GPS tests on WM platform, and i think that iGo Amigo is the best app available, with Navigon following shortly behind....
iGo Amigo
-- TTS
-- Signpost info
-- Lane info
-- Terrain
HI
Is there an application for Android that can use and Route Garmin maps?
google map and maverick is better
not available in my area, also garmin maps are by far the best that have been made in my area.
any solution?
I'm much interested in using garmin maps in android too. Is there anyone who did it before?
There's the Garmin Navigator on Google Play (compatibility varies with device tough).
Hi group,
my good old navi device died today and i would like a software solution for my good old Leo.
I had a Route 66, which crashed every two minutes. Anyhow it showed extremely bad maps with almost no useful information.
I am looking for something working well on the LEO.
I don't care for 3D views, what i need is good 2D with as many roads names as possible.
Who could give me an info about a good navi software?
RIN67630
navigon is working very fast, tomtom also.
Garmin a little bit slower and igo harder to configure.
For me, the best is Tomtom Navigator 7
NDrive, IGO and Sygic
For Me:
1- NDrive --> Best for everything
2- IGO --> Quick.
3- Sygic --> Clear, Fast and not complicated
TomTom 7.918 , works well for me on HD2, easy to have & switch many maps, one of the few to have selection of european & asian maps I need.

I've got to see iGO8
The current street numbers left and right are super!
Found it nice, but it could display better the street names, which do not bend around the curves and frequently do not display at all, for no apparent reason.
Which one is better? I do need very good 2d maps.
Thanks

here you go
I suggest "Mapfactor Navigator FREE" from here: http://navigatorfree.mapfactor.com/de/
It is absolutely free - both software and maps (worldwide!!), because the maps are OpenStreetMap-data (OSM) as actual as the maps will generated by OSM.
It works even fast as TomTom and has a 3D-View ...
For me, the best navigation software is iGO Primo 2.0.
And with the skin Sbertaud13, it is perfect
For me the best navigation app is Ndrive.
Works like a charm with HD2.
hi,i know everything about igo 8 if you need something.... i think that igo is the best
You could put Google Maps on your HD2 which is free for navigation.
Maps get downloaded as you go so are always up to date.
iran maps don't has for Tom Tom or igo
hi guys
Tom Tom and igo very good software navigation but all world map don't has for example Iran map i can't find for igo and Tom Tom .
and this is very bad
i normally uses google map and sygic from time to time, but sygic always expires and want user to buy it, so i just stick with google maps.
