I have tried to connect my Xoom to my Tbolt via Bluetooth to share files to no avail. I successfully pair, but they never connect. Anyone having similar issues? anyone have a solution?
I just tested this with my xoom and bolt. Try clicking on the file to bring up the share menu. Click bluetooth and it should start after confirming. I have only done this with photos. I thought it would say paired AND connected but it only says connected when I intiate a file transfer.

Hey, I have a Motorola Q9h and I'm using it to connect my laptop to the internet.
Currently I am using the Internet Connection Sharing program "IntShrUI.exe" and connect via USB. Now I heard that it was possible to use a Bluetooth PAN instead of the USB cable. The only problem is that the "Bluetooth PAN" option doesn't show up in IntShrUI.exe
I searched through a lot of forums and read many threads but didn't find any answers. Only some more people asking about that issue
baimo- you were right on. Got it up and running with my laptop. The only thing I noticed that a USB was the only option to tether. Didn't see a Bluetooth connection option. But regardless, good to go. Thanks.

How do I sync through wifi?
Looks like not Mac compatible so i'll need to install winamp beta on my pc, even withouth the sync i love the winamp feel on my phone.
oooh hope they add access to shoutcast.
I really like this app. It makes it really easy to access all my music and its compatible with cm6 plugin like the vol button skipping and lock screen controls. All thats needed now is mac compatibility and crossfading.

Have you turned off mount sdcard on connect in winamp settings? Its on by default.
I'm really liking the lock screen music controls.
I did a review of this app.
Check it out and tell me what you think.

Nice review thanks.
I sure wish they'd give more room for album art though. The info box underneath is WAY too big.
Can't get WiFi sync to work
The desktop Winamp agent sees my Evo but won't "attach" to it. Anyone else have this problem? I'm running Fresh 3.3 w/ netarchy 4.1.9. This is the first WiFi syncing program I have tried so I'm not sure if it is the phone or the program.
Possibly related issue is that a similar thing happens with Bluetooth. I'll make the phone discoverable, it will pair with my PC, but the phone will never say it is paired AND connected. Although, I can still send and receive files via BT both to and from my PC and phone.
Not sure I like the ui compared to poweramp and mixzing

LONG Press and see if you can click Connect
Download Bluetooth File Transfer from the market. Usually works for me. Works even better when both phones have the app installed and running.
I'm trying to tether the transformer to my phone via Bluetooth and it doesn't seem to work. They will pair but refuse to connect. Tapping on the device does nothing too. I've tried re-pairing them a couple of times to no avail. Is anybody experiencing this?
Yes, I know the phone is old.....gonna upgrade soon!
I'm having the same issue with my INC with cm7.03

Would you try "market BT file transfer" for connecting?

Which tethering app did you use?
And, did you try to make your magic to be able to access internet via Transformer?

Bloody hell, that works! Thanks!
What did that Bluetooth File Transfer app do though?
@kaguyahouraisan
I was simply using the Wireless Tether app on the market.
I just installed Bluetooth File Transfer app on my TF but I'm still not able to tether my TF to my phone via BT for internet access. Can someone please post more detailed instructions.
Thanks.
I installed it on both my TF and the Magic. Pair them up as per normal, then connect them via the BT File Transfer app. Once I got them to connect, I could connect them through the Bluetooth settings page without needing the BT File Transfer anymore.

I just gotta say, when I looked at the title of the thread, I was wondering how the hell someone posted in the wrong forum *this badly*...
...then I read the post and it made a lot more sense
I've been waiting and waiting for ICS to come out, so that I can use bluetooth tethering to my PC at work, like I do with my wifi-only Xoom. Unfortunately, this seems to be disabled. Can someone please confirm this and let me know if there is a way to enable it? I've seen the thread about enabling it on the 4.0.4 leak with the SQLLite hack, but I'm not sure this would work with the new ICS.
Thanks!
Though I have another Bluetooth issue (mentioning it here cause it also lists a driver issue in computer which is a common issue) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1931540
I have mentioned therein I was successfully able to establish BT tether (will probably post a screenshot later) but If I recall, I had to right click the device (our phone listed under "Printers & Devices" on Win 7) & then click connect & only then the tether went thru successfully and until then it did not. I hope it makes sense to you. BT Tether is very much part of ICS 4.0.4 stock OTA upgrade (can't say about custom ROM's)
Same Here

My son always tethered to my Atrix 2 with his ipod touch and he also can no longer connect since I updated to stock ICS. I'm rooted and using SQLite Editor, but I see nothing in the settings.db that remotely looks like enabling bluetooth PAN (tethering). Anyone else have a fix?
Can't bluetooth tether anymore
I used to connect my android tablet to my atrix 2 over bluetooth with GB on the atrix 2 and have internet on the tablet. Now with ICS on the atrix 2, I no longer have the internet profile listed under bluetooth when connecting to it from the tablet, and I cannot get internet to my tablet.
It appears that downgrading my OTA ICS is not an option (but I'm still searching), so am I hoping that I can enable this bluetooth ability again. Has anyone found a way to do this?
I am having a similar issue, I just got a nexus 7 and was hoping to bluetooth tether my A2 to it. I don't use bluetooth really at all, but I wanted to use it for this. When I first tried to set it up I could pair my A2 to my N7 but it wouldn't connect. I tried connecting my A2 to my laptop, same thing, it would pair but not connect. However, I could pair, connect, and transfer files between my N7 and my laptop.
I cleared data from bluetooth share and rebooted, no luck.
I cleared data from bluetooth dun and rebooted. At this point I could pair, connect and transfer files with my A2 and laptop, but still couldn't connect with N7.
I downloaded bluetooth file transfer from the market. It said that I could only transfer files to the other device not from it (same thing whether I did it from the A2 or N7). It said that I connected, but when I tried to transfer a file I would get an error.
I downloaded foxfi and pdanet table from the market, couldn't connect or tether with this either.
I did a factory reset, still laptop worked, N7 didn't.
When I go into the bluetooth setting on my A2 or my N7 the only options I have for either are to change name, or unpair.
After each troubleshooting step, I tried to see if my N7 was able to access my A2's data, but it never could.
I have searched extensively and have been unable to find an answer or a solution.
Essentially, I want to tether my A2 to my N7 with bluetooth, They will pair witheachother but they will not connect. Help?
