Hi,
I'm sharing this very cool boot animation. First of all, I didn't make the graphic. I found the original animated gif on a free mobile wallpaper website.
Then, I asked mudknot2005to make a boot animation with it. He kindly made it for me and even added a cool entrance scene.
From there, I added extra frames to slow down the bouncing motion that was too quick. Then, I added "Loading..." to make it more appealing and appropriate for the booting process.
*Animation is quicker than what you see here. When I made it into gif to post here, my software didn't allow me to make it quicker than this. It also depends on your phone's processing speed, I think.
I'm really loving this one!
If you don't have a dropbox account, you could help me gain extra storage by creating your own 2GB free account by following this link: http://db.tt/77uk7GA
If you already have dropbox or don't want to create an account, you can still download it from here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/23148420/Bouncer_bootanimation.zip

Marumeth Design - bootanimations

Hello.
As a new member to this site, I was hoping to bring something to the table here that everyone could appreciate or use.
I dabble in graphic design, so I was thinking what better than to mix my designs with a little simple development techniques?
This thread is a personal page for my artwork. I'll occasionally post new stuff periodically depending on my availability between school and work.
So, for my first boot animation, this is a simple still frame design:

"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
This is an 800 x 480 resolution image. Make sure your screen is capableof viewing this image BEFORE you flash, and always make a backup. I don't want any trouble because someone forgot to do the right measures in protecting their setups.
Enjoy!
And a second design.
And a third.
can you provide us with previews please?

Apple Assassination Boot Screen Animation

I created a custom boot animation for my Dinc last night and figured I would share it with the good folks of XDA.
It is basically an Apple logo being shot a few times by the Android figure, then blows up. This was my first attempt at creating a boot animation so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I haven't been able to set it out on my Dinc due to some issues accessing the system folder on a new ICS ROM that still needs to be worked out. But, I did test it using the Boot Animation Previewer and it worked fine there - so I am making the assumption it works on my device.
Here is the link to the bootanimation.zip file

Updated: So I realized that this file is never going to work because the original is 151MB, so I severely cut down the size, the links above now post to a new file that is 3.8MB. This should work now.
Sweet bootanimation.

Nice idea!But needs more work:good:
What's the source of the wallpapers? "From the internet" is a little bit vague...
If there is an option to use wallpapers stored on local phone storage.....That would be grt....
Muzei is another app that shows art instead of pictures, but the cool thing is they use a blur effect, so that doesn't disturb too much the use of the phone. I'd recommand to also offer the option to blur the background.

Hi-Tech UI is an android widget especially made for all those sci-fi fans who loves to have to cool gadget in their hand which they can control. It basically fills the void as you can see all the important info right at your screen without ever going to another application. It also contains live animations to give you the authentic look and most importantly each pane serves a purpose. You can open the specific app just by tapping on its hotspot. It is now officially available for Android with all new live animations.
I will suggest you to watch the Video Demo as I have also added 6 live animations to a widget.

Swinging Skeleton will be up in the next few days, followed by Skeleton Using Phone.
Unfortunately I don't own surnia anymore; but, I will finish the rest of the the animations the voters asked for and upload soon. With that said, I might create the rest of them later; but, that is all I will be doing for surnia if so at this state.
