Because you have to get 2.3.1 to get 2.3.2 to get 2.3.3.

From 2.3.3. I did the update and the yellow screen is more than I can bear.
You'd have to root in which case just use a kernel with voodoo color.

hello there
i wanted to know is there any way to downgrade to 2.3.2 from 2.3.4 on nexus s?
There's another thread about this just a forum thread down. Download the 2.3.2 stock ota and you're fine. Just wipe before you flash it.

I still havent recieved the update on my sprint nexus s 4g im on 2.3.7 is it because my phone is rooted?

Not true. Root doesn't prevent ota. Its what your custom ROM, or other changes you might have done, do to the phone that may prevent it. If you are just rooted on stock you should get ota.
