hello,i have a nexus one with the latest official gingerbread 2.3.3 but i installed cyan latest stable mod,and it did not come with the android market.Where can i get the android market from?and latest version?ive have searched and found one,but it said parse code error,something like that,and i erased from sd car,any help or answer would be appreciated.
You have to download the latest Google Apps zip file. I honestly don't know where to find it but I'm sure you could with a simple search.

I rooted my HTC Hero and then installed cyanogen 6.1,now i have no access to the android market. Is there a workaround or a fix for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Maybe sounds stupid but your phone is logging to google talk ??
If not solve this problem than market will work. At me at least that was the problem after I rooted my Huawei Ideos
Cyanogen roms dont have Google apps, if thats what your asking, try installing Gapps, you could google that or look in the thread, otherwise just follow the post above me's advice
I installed the google app pack for cyanogen,got the market back,but its the old interface. Had the new one before root,will it come back? Or am i stuck with the old one? Either way,its better than no market! lol

After I press clrcad and then haret. It shows a page that shows powered by American Android and freezes there. What are the steps I need to do to install AmeriCanAndroid AOSP HD2 GB2.3.5 CM7. Do I need to install previous builds for American Android. Please help?
I was a bit confused as to what to download because under the SG2 downloads there is update-cm-7.1.0-GalaxyS2-signed.zip which I assume is an update so I found the download page with loads of mods on and downloaded cm_galaxys2_full-88.zip. I guess I install that then the update?

I've installed the new GB Leedroid Rom but i cant install the android contacts and IME MOD from the sdcard saying the amend scripting is not supported .. for me it is essential to have it installed
Someone can tell me how can i install it? There are new releases? I did'nt find anything about it ..

What are you trying to install? Also those mods might not be compatible with the base he is using
I'me trying to install the mods HTC IME and Android Contacts referred in the Leedroid thread but when i choose to install zip from the sdcard it appears an error like "amend scripting not supported"! What can i do to solve it? Is there new versions or something i can do to turn it around?

You need to flash the Gaaps pkg for the version of android you havec. Just look in the dev section there are many links to the Gaaps .

Gapps need to be flashed thru proper CWM recovery. Stock FW may not be this or may have limited one..
I suggest you to get it rooted and install CWM 6.0.0.1 first..
If you only need the playstore which permits you to install almost all apps you need to change it with multiDPI playstore app.
Make search in xda you can find it.
